I've just tagged and released 0.29.905. The tarball is available from

Only a few fixes in this release.

Release Notes for 0.29.905:

• Fix BB cash graph view for Postgres.
• Additional logging for Merge HUD
• Additional logging for OnGame HUD
• Support for PokerStars play money tournaments
• Handle maxSeats better when hands arrive out of order.

I'm looking to fix any remaining HUD issues for Merge and OnGame
before the next release, if you are having issues i'm looking for

1. Lines from the log surrounding "Merge.getTableTitleRe: returns: "
2. The text from the poker tables title bar.

So there will probably be at least one more release (maybe 2 depending
on translations) before a final 0.30.

Hey. I downloaded FPDB, MySql and Phyton. However I have no idea how to proceed from here. I use Windows 7. I currently play on Party Poker and Pokerstars and would appreciate a lot if someone could help me to set this up. I haven't got any smarter going through the documentation I found. Please help me!

Where are you stuck? What have you tried? Have you managed to start FPDB?

Thanks for the quick response. I followed the instructions in the link you sent me and so far everything seems fine. I don't know how I get the HUD to work.
When I start the HUD_application small black squares with the white letters NA showed up. I could move those around and when I hoover over them, player names were shown, however without furter info. Then I went to main -> HUD-configurator and did some settings. If I now open the HUD nothing happens. Do you have some good documentation about setting up the HUD as well? Thank you!

do you support dead cards shown in the hud for stud games?

Hi,

have just switched to ubuntu, but am finding that when I import some hand histories fpdb either aborts or seg faults. Also, after playing for a while, I ended up with what I assume was a 'bad' hand history, which again caused fpdb to exit.

However, I am pretty new to linux, so the problem could well be down to me not installing fpdb correctly.

Any help much appreciated.

i have aproblem with the hud, i have setup the hud for a maximized table but when i switch to two tabling the hud is not repositioning itself its like it uses absolute screen position rather than relative table positions?

No idea. Any error messages in the log that might give me a clue?

This looks like the sqlite database is corrupt. Please delete it and restart FPDB.
Sadly this isn't possible yet. We appreciate the vote of confidence though

Yeah. This wont be solved for the forthcoming release, as the core HUD code is being re-written at the moment to allow for several new features (common layouts, game dependent stats, auto-changing stats for mixed games etc)

What does the window title look like for (i'm assuming) .it tournament windows?

Hey. I managed to run it with Party Poker. I haven't quite figured out the HUD yet.
Anyways I play on Stars at the moment and there i don't get fpdb to work at all. The ring game stats don't show anything, i don't get a graph and autoimport shows repeatedly this error: HH20120223 Alkes - $0.01-$0.02 - USD No Limit Hold'em.txt 0 stored, 0 duplicates, 0 partial, 1 errors (time = 0.031000)...... HUD does nothing. I double-checked all the directories and reset the database. Can anyone help?

The import is failing - are you running v0.26? If so please upgrade to 0.29.905

Thanks Sorrow. That was it. Sorry, I missed new version. Just downloaded the program a few days before the update.
The HUD works fine now. I'll have to find out how to configure it, but that's personal :-)
However, Autoimport and HUD are now the only thing that work in the Viewer-Section. Graphviewer, Cashgame -and Position Stats don't react when opened.
What could be the problem here?

Thums up for creating this great freeware!

Any luck with bwin, or any ongame network, to make the hud work on those platforms? And if someone here tried the hud on other platforms that hud works, except pokerstars?

Sorry for the dump question. In the latest version I get pop ups "unable to find site x" for two sites. I had disabled those pop ups before for every site but pokerstars but I dont remember how to do it again in the preferences. Any help appreciated!

Also I just noticed that when I minimize a table window, the hud is messed up when I restore it, all stat windows are on the same corner of the table. The hud gets really messed up when I change the position of a table on my desktop too. First time I get this error after two years of using the program.
