BTW, to not get you into trouble with being able to see the hidden files and folders, you have to change the checkmark back to 'hide hidden files and folders'.
If not, you could, inadvertently, delete important files or folders.

Apologies for the delay in responding. I ended up with quite a nasty bug in the middle of my Summer time - not a combination condusive to work.

This is a known issue we haven't quite got to solving yet.

- When importing from hh's we aren't sure of the actual starttime (hh may be imported out of order), so we only set it when we import a results file
- The graph test is for
Which means that all tourneys without a startTime will always be graphed. It was this or have all tourneys without results be ungraphable

As Chaz mentioned previously part of the issue above was a short lived bug that should be fixed in the very latest release.

Right now results aren't extracted from hh files, we plan on re-introducing this, but it has taken a while to get going again.

Generally we dont like to rely on filenames for information. Sites change the names on a whim (or with language), Players rename them, and character encoding issuews with filenames are almost always an issue.

Those summary files only contain a fraction of the information contained in the html page, so we chose to import that file first. As with the PokerStars hh results import, Winamax results file import is coming, it is just taking a while.

After setting an ambitious release schedule, life decided to make itself apparent. I welcomed my niece into the world and spent some time with family, then immediately got sick.

So, instead of a final 0.30 release being 2 days away as scheduled, its looking like it will be another couple of weeks away. On our way to that target i've just tagged 0.29.902

Thanks for your great tool.
I'm using it just for about 7 days but already love it.

Please help me out with my problem.

Everything was working great but in one moment my computer halted and I had to reboot it using "reset" button.

After that "unexpected reboot" HUD and auto-import doesn't work.

Holdem Manager's import and HUD are working great but FPDB's auto import is dead.

Last line in HUD's log says that it connected to the SQL database.
Last line in autoimport's page says it detected my 8-game table but no import is going on.

I tried to reboot computer and opened-closed FPDB for several times. Nothing helps.

What should I do to fix it? I need my 8-game stats.

I may have fallen thru the cracks.

I am using v0.26 with fpdb-git-20120116-cd17343.exe.

My current problem is that my HUD is not working. It uploads the hands but fails to follow and show them. These are pokerstars hands I am talking about.

What version are you using? and i'm assuming 8-Game means PokerStars.

I'm guessing you are using 0.26 and need to upgrade to the latest snapshot. See my post above.

There were a couple of buggy snapshots, and i think Jan 16s was one of them. Can you update to fpdb-git-20120124-37fff31.exe aka 0.29.902

Problem still exists. I did language reset with new snapshot. I then deleted fdpb file in %appdata% but still no success.

Ok, reading back.

2 issues:

1) Your archive file from Stars is crashing on import.

Please send this to me directly and i'll fix any errors I find.

2) Current hands are importing using auto-import, but the hud is failing to appear over a PokerStars table, but a black spot appears.

I have a suspicion that the hud is coming up, it is (not very usefully) hidden behind the table window itself.

We've seen this a few times, and running FPDB as admin has worked in these instances.
