Unfortunately no - the only way is to split the file up manually, and import the files individually.
I have ways to do that pretty quickly, but it isn't something that is going to be available on your machine.
Googling 'text file split' gives me a tonne of results, i'm not sure how useful any of them will be (anyone else have experience with this under windows? vi/emacs has always been good enough for me.)

If you have the hand histories saving to the local machine (this is configured in the poker client itself) then you just need to point the auto-importer at that directory and start playing. Hands will be imported as you are playing and a HUD should appear over the window.

I understand. I only need a couple of hh's that are actually causing the issue so I can replicate the problem. If you can split the file up and just provide the hh's causing the issue that will be fine.
