I was able to download the zip. Is there a resource to learn how to get this downloaded and implemented?

I'm running from source and when I try to open the hud the hud main window doesn't open and there is nothing in log. When I open the compiled version the main window opens and it shows stuff in logs.

Am I missing some dependencies or something that's causing the hud main window to not run from source?

Due to poor handling, fpdb no longer wanted to launch. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the software but it still does not launch ...
If someone could help me please because before fpdb was working fine.

I play 8 game and when i set the stats in menu to exact for opponent and player it will forget my setting after a new game starts. is it possible to save this stats to exact permanently?

Hi, I downloaded the hud for swc poker and did everything but when I try to auto import it starts but nothing shows up in the logs and the hud never pops up. There's no error, though, just no hands being recorded. I made sure it's the right file path.

hi all! now that i have access to Stars again after a decade :O, there's a possibility that I might be able to contribute again.

Just got running with the last Windows release on sourceforge, and it seems that it mostly works fine, although i'm having some issues with remembering what the hell everything does, and how to use it all.

Other than PKO tournaments not importing, and i suspect games that didn't exist the last time major work was done here probably also screw up (hopefully in an expected fashion at least), everything seems to be working well. I'm quite surprised, really.

I see there are at least three repos where things are being done on this, philroberts, ChazDazzle, and MegaphoneJon ..

If any of you devs are still out here, let's all get in touch again? I'm hanging out on the #fpdb IRC channel on Freenode, waiting for people to show up / stop idling. :-D

... i would love to resume development on this, but I'm having some definite issues with finding people who are still here, or do I just need to pick up a dead fork, and move on?

I don't know about any other work that's been done or who has the most recent version of the GUI code (maybe Phil?). Beginning April i'll have a lot more time to work on stuff like this. I had a look there yesterday in fact, but saw "no releases"

I am using Windows 10, but I've never been able to run from source, and so far I've never been able to build a .exe

If you mean the Aurora graphics engine of PokerStars then yes, it does.

Is anyone still using fpdb?
I've run into a problem using v0.41.0-rc8

The problem is that when I have two tables open, fpdb seems to lock the hand history files so PokerStars cannot access them, and the PokerStars client software times out the hand.

I have a large database — which might be one problem, but it might also be a bug in fpdb itself.
Also, I'm using the MySQL database so I can cache sessions.

I'll run tests to see if that fixes it.

hello i use conda to configure my virtual environment. to install dependencies i use conda and pip and to code vscode in which i define my environment python 3.10. Then I launch fpdb.pyw from vscode

For my part, I'm not doing a release yet because I think the work isn't done enough. so you have to build from source for now.

fpdb is installed with wine
I've modified HUD_config.xml
