This shouldn't be too much of a problem.
When you format it's entirely possible that you need a new key.
Whenever you need a new key you can simply request one on the website:
http://www.flopzilla.com/requestkey.html
Your key will be sent to you within a few minutes of your request.
For "Hardware ID" fill in the ID given to you by the error message.
There's no need to copy this ID by hand.
When that message shows the ID is automatically copied to the clipboard.
So you can just press Ctrl+V to paste it into the form.
Return to trial mode?
In order to return Flopzilla to trial mode so you can register again, please go to its main directory (to get there, right-click its icon and then select "open file location").
There, run RemoveRegistration.exe.
