Quick Q on tracking Rakeback on ACR. Because they use a contributed Rake for their Rakeback and HEM only tracks total rake taken I had to adjust my RB down from 27% to get an approximate of my RB. How does DH calculate rake and rakeback? Should i set it to the full 27% RB or do I need to tweak it also in order to get close to my actual RB.

Second question: I do not see how I can use the tracking of my RB in DH2 to show what my actual winnings are after RB. It does not seem to impact the graphs or have a net won after rakeback stat. Can you point me in the right direction if I am missing something?

If you go to the hud tab in dh2, and select 6 max from the pull down, do you see your hud anywhere? If not, you can always try and export it from dh1 and manually import (buttons are on the right hand side in dh1 and dh2).

As far as adda52, make sure it's enabled in site settings - config button - site settings. And I'd recommend rebooting and making sure dh2 is loaded up first. It should be running just fine on that site.

No serial needed, it's free public beta. DH1 serial won't work in it. Just click try.

As far as chip ev for those spinngo's, I don't believe it's added yet. I'm checking w/ development, but I do know it's already on the list and has been requested previously. So if it's not released, it will be soon.

No, two clients (or more) is no issue. I'm just making sure you understand that on ignition only, you have to load one table at a time. Load one, when it's loaded, load the next. It the only way to track properly on that specific site. It's not necessary on other sites. And yes, if you are sure you're doing that, and you see it happen, then please just click the support icon and enter a description of your issue and we can check your logs to see what's going on. ty

Which emulator and what version are you using currently? Did you recently enable them w/o restarting? I know upoker can be a little temperamental w/ bluestacks. It should run just fine (since it's so similar to pokerbros) with LDplayer and Nox.

As far as tracking, RB is tracked separate and not included in any of the winrate totals. In some of the graphing, we could add a won + rake as a line, and it's something I've brought up before as well.

If you mean the position report, maybe try and right click and select refresh. Close and re-open dh2. Scroll down to the right hand side of your report list and make sure you didn't accidentally move it.

A stat addition of net won after rakeback would be great since it has a large impact on results. Even better if your graphing idea could account for bonuses as well.

You need to use the emulator version of upoker for AHC to capture your hands.

Click on the support icon in DH2 and send a log from there so we can check out what's going on. Maybe something specific w/ your HUD isn't converting. We'll know once we see the log. ty.

in the middle of a multitable session on bovada my hud does not pop up for 1 new table. I start and stop the hud and now it does not pop up for any of the tables.

what do i do?

Suggestion...

On the filter for Board Texture. You can choose the highest card for the flop. Could you add a broadway option that will pull all flops that are A-T high?

Right click on the report and you'll see all of the stats available that you can add andselect. This was an early beta bug where this report removed the selected stats for some reason. Not sure why but you can re-select them and the report will be fine again.

Nothing you can do at that point. If it's cash games, it will often recover after some while, but if it's tournaments, there's nothing you can do. You have to be very careful on ignition about not having two tables in the loading phase at the same time. As long as you are careful about that, you'll be fine. And on sites that use catchers for data, the start / stop hud isn't generally helpful.

If you mean in the population reports, no. You can add hand chart ranges into your HUD though, but it's not a comparison vs the population.

And yes, DH2 is interesting.

There's a ton you can do in the R&D section that we'll be continuing to explain.
