When will drivehud2 will replace DH1?

I don't have an exact ETA, but DH2 is in the last stages of beta. Even after DH2 is released, DH1 will still be developed for the next year.

I have five days left in a trial. On DH1. If I pay now do I get an automatic free upgrade when DH2 is fully released?

From now until release, yes. If you purchase dh1 you'll get a free dh2 license.

Is the DH2 range deviation report working or is there a tutorial? I put in ranges and ran it against multiple sessions but my data is weird. In the picture below I open KQs in CO but it shows as unopened?

Yes, it works, but there could be bugs of course since it's still beta. Based on your screenshot only though, I'd suspect that the hand chart you made didn't use the raise option.

So if you open the hand chart creation screen, there's 4 buttons at the bottom. If you're making an open raise test, you'll want to click the push/raise button, and then select which hands you want and then the position at the top as well. Your hand chart should look purple (not blue).

In the overview video it briefly touches on this, but there's no specific tutorial on the hand deviation report part yet. There will be though. All of the major new functions and features will be covered in tutorials.

Hey, normally DH2 + AHC is working smoothly for me but today i'm getting the "one full hands must be played" issue and no HUD shows on a few of my tables. how do i fix this or prevent this from happening?

First thing is just try rebooting and loading DH up first. Most of the time that will a connection issue. If that doesn't help, then just click on the support icon in DH and send a message and we can check your logs.

Do you guys have an ETA for DH2 official release?

emailed support and they say they don't have an ETA yet but they also said that its close and doing a final check so it must be really soon.

We don't have any ETA right now. It's in the final stages of beta, so full release should be soon. For now it's free open beta.

I am having trouble on intertops poker.

when i get stacked, i miss hand before reload. the support says it is because of the hud

I attempted to create a graph in the R&D and failed which is fine. I like tinkering around. But when attempting to fix my problem through changing settings, x axis, etc., it crashed on me a couple times within 5 minutes.

I've never seen or heard of that on intertops. I'm not really sure how it's possible, since the poker client sends the hands to your system, unless it's not being read for whatever reason. What specific game are you playing and how many players are at the table? We'll look into it if you're sure it's happened. I just need a few more details, and might need an advanced log.

I will start using DH2 now that player x-ray works there. If my trial expire before the release i just contact support to extend my trial right?

Cool, and yes, x-ray was added to this last release. And yes, contact support if your trial expires and they can extend it for you. No problem.

I have the DH1 licence which i renew few weeks back. I tried DH2 but faced some issue regarding some of my hud was not imported from dh1 to dh2 because of UO PFR stats not working in dh2

ALL my database was auto imported when i installed dh2 but because dh2 hud was not working i switch back to dh1 .

Now after few days you updated dh2 and i opened dh2 again and facing some issues.

1. DH2 says you have only 4 days left .

2. I am not able to import all my database from dh1 to dh2 which i want including all settings,hands and huds.

3.I tried uninstalling dh2 and reinstall again but nothing changed ,i thought it may auto import everything and my problem will be solved.

Please help me in importing everything from dh1 to dh2

I'm having a bunch of issues with this version.

1. The first and most important is that no matter what I do I can't revert to any previous versions. Every time I try to revert by using a previous version link it says that it's still this version. I can tell that it is because the Player X-Ray popups are still connected to the HUDs each time I try a different link.

2. I'm also unable to send a message and my logs to support from within DriveHUD while using this version. It keeps giving me an error and tells me to send the logs manually.



3. Disabling Player X-Ray notes are not working with this version. I'd rather have them disabled until I'm able to customize them manually.

4. A bunch of my custom HUD stats and pop-up stats are now white without a black background even though they all previously had black backgrounds and different color ranges. The ones that are white seem completely random since the same number on one player's HUD will be the desired color while it will be white on another player's HUD.

I just sent an email with some more screenshots to support. Please ask development about these issues at your earliest convenience. Thanks!

I've sent this to development so they know and can reach out to you. Did you try and uninstall this version and then install a previous version? Or did you just try and install over the top of the existing version?

Uninstall DH2 completely. If you use the uninstaller it will save your database, HUDs and settings files, so you need to either manually delete the folders or use an uninstaller program live revo or a similar program. Once it's completely uninstalled, re-install DH2 and it will migrate all of your data over. If you need a trial extension, just contact support and they can extend it for you.
