I have ran into a problem, I downloaded the drivehud to test it out.
Playing on Pokerstars, PLO cash games.
I think the problem is related to people leaving the table, the HUD starts to blink on the table. Stats showing, stats not showing, stats showing, stats not showing (for one or two players, not everyone).

Is this a common problem? Any know fixes?

Closing and opening DriveHUD again does not work, nor does stopping and starting the HUD. The hud just keeps blinking on the table until DriveHUD is closed.
If DriveHUD is restarted, the same table position has the above problem again.

Hello, I use bovada/ignition and now when you are at an empty table, you get moved to . a new table and the hud doesnt understand that it is a new table, is there anyway you can fix this?

What version are you using? This was addressed in a recent update. The most recent version .2447 is in the link below.

No, not a known issue. Haven't heard of this. Is this zoom or regular tables? I'd need to see your logs and know what other poker apps you're running.

No ETA on a mac version right now. One license is good for activation on 2 systems.

I'm playing on ignition. When a new player sits, the old players' HUD stats dont disappear. Is there an update/patch for this? Other than that the software is great. Thanks in advance.

No patch, as I've not heard of that happening. Nothing has changed on ignition that I'm aware of. I just played a session earlier myself on there and didn't notice any changes. We have a lot of people who play on ignition, and haven't heard of this occurring from anyone. Can you send your log in please from the support icon (top right) in drivehud? Any other specifics you can provide would be helpful as well. Thanks.

I spoke to development today, and I believe we got your logs. We got some logs at least, and they fixed it. The issue was related to beginning a new jackpot S&G from the existing one that was just played. I guess this caused some ID transfer issue. I know it's been resolved, so I'll see about posting a patch up tomorrow.

Having issues almost every time I play a mix of mtts and cash on bodog. Sent in a log but the advanced log failed to send. Basically one of my tournaments will grab a hud from one of my cash tables, and no mtt hud is displayed in its place on another table. So I end up with at least one cash table with the wrong or no HUD and same for an mtt table.

This is the actual auto update w/ one other small Ignition fix.

My computer doesn't have much space on it (117GB total). I feel like every time I play a poker session my computer starts running slower, is it possible to delete hands from my DriveHUD DB? I have over 100k on there so maybe if I delete a bunch it will run smoother? How do I go about doing that?

You can delete some, but I don't think that will make a significant difference in your system speed. I'd lean towards freeing up more space on your system in general and optimizing your system because 100k hands just isn't that big. You can test this though and just rename this file here:

C:\Users\(your system name)\AppData\Roaming\DriveHUD\drivehud.db

And rename this folder to something else:

C:\Users\(system name)\AppData\Roaming\DriveHUD\Database

Just close DH, rename that file (don't remove or delete) and then open up DH again and run a session. See how your system responds, and then you delete the new .db file that's created after your test and restore your previous one by re-naming it back to drivehud.db and rename the folder.

Thanks FD! Looks like my PC just has really limited space, I did a full DB wipe and now everything runs smoothly!

Just FYI: We're aware and developers are looking into the new update of Ignition/Bodog's software, and they will issue an auto update when a solution is ready. There's no current ETA, but typically these things don't take very long (1 day tops - usually).
