I just bought DriveHUD because Brian from AcePokerSolutions suggested I try it because I bought Cardcatcher without knowing HM1 wouldn't work in tandem with it (i know hm1 is old af but i've used my pt4 keys on my two desktops and im trying to put together a grinding laptop because i travel frequently and I figured HM1 would be fine for basic hud and results tracking). So now I purchased cardcatcher and drivehud and am unable to use cc and am not finding what I need from Drive.

As somebody that plays HUSNGs specifically I'm finding DriveHUD to be pretty disappointing.

IN GAME - The hud is nice but it crashes if two people sit you at the same time. If you can multitable hu this is bound to happen incessantly over the course of days/weeks. The only way to get your hud back and not have games missing from your report is to close out of Ignition completely mid-game and fire it back up...one...table...at....a...time. On Ignitions already clunky software this is just massively -ev and pretty discourteous to try and discon timebank for 1min+ while your opponent sits there with no action or raping your blinds.

RESULTS - I cannot see stake breakdowns by volume...only total number of games played. I cannot see evROI or hourly breakdowns. There doesn't appear to be a way to graph volume by sngs played but instead just by days played, again without an ev line.

Frustrated because I could essentially track the same results by marking my bankroll and start time at the beginning and end of my sessions in an iphone live results app and have a graph that at least shows my hourly.

Feels pretty impossible to use for any sng players of the hyper and heads up variety as games will simul-run often and leave your results skewed. If you're like me you'll be scrambling to try and figure out a way to get the software running again while quickly losing focus on your games. Seems to be more trouble than it's worth.

I think I'll email for a refund for Drivehud.

The HUD doesn't crash, it's just a limitation specifically of Ignition. They don't provide hand histories, so if you load two tables at the same time, the data is scrambled. When you load a table, you have to wait for it to be fully loaded before you load the next. If you're only play HU's S&G's, then I can see that be an issue on Ignition. But it's only an issue on that site. Fyi, you're going to have this issue w/ anything right now with how Ignition is now. Even the card catcher. There's no way to load 2 tables simultaneously on ignition once they updated their software to embed java into chrome. Any ways, contact support. Thanks.

Forgot to say that you didn't send advanced log. You just sent a regular log, which doesn't have the in game data the developers need. However, they are also saying they think it's something w/ your layouts. They tried another 8 max today, and still couldn't re-produce. I'm going to get details on what they need (maybe your layouts folder), but in the meantime if you can send the advanced log that would be helpful. Thanks.

In database review, is there an option to filter for BB won/lost?

Trying to look at biggest losing hands but selecting all hands freezes DriveHud every time.

Not sure I understand your filter question. But you can see biggest losing hands in the holecards report.

How big is your database? It might take a little bit to load biggest losing hands in graph, but it shouldn't freeze anything. If you're not getting it to load for some reason, please send in your log from the support icon in drivehud. We'll take a look. We haven't see anyone have an issue with it.

This was added several builds back. Just update to the latest version and you'll have ignition zone support. There will not be a HUD, it's impossible because it's anonymous, but it will track your results.

Still having the issue where the HUD shows up on my first 3 or 4 tables, but the HUD on new tables after that on bodog don't show up.

And you're using what version? Are you 100% sure you're waiting for your table to load and there aren't two loading at once. It might be a layout issue. It's has to be something like that because we don't have anyone having any issue remotely similar.

I should add that a stat re-build will take about 4-5mins per 100k hands depending on system profile. We added a hand counter so you can see where the progress is when you decide to re-build.

I am not a zoom player (just sometimes when i need to take off in a couple of mins) but it would be really fun if you created a HUD for zoom that shows hero stats vs a congregate of every zoom player the hero has faced. I would be interested to see the numbers of all the zoom players i have come across compiled as a single person.

You're right it just took more time to load.

Ive got a different issue playing regular tables on Ignition. If I sit out BB the hud never picks back up, just stays at the hand count previous to sitting out.

I'm to trying to figure out what this means has been added. Weren't these already options or is this something new that I'm not understanding?

Also thanks for the amazing amount of new stats. I can't wait to check them out. I see that some of my own suggestions got added and I truly appreciate it. Awesome job by the DriveHUD Team once again!

Hey, I'm on version 1.4.1.1895. I've been very careful not to load more than one at a time, not sure what it is. Just happened at the start of a session where 3 of my first 4 tables were just me HU so I had to close them out one at a time and add new ones, and one of these new ones has no HUD.

Maybe it's tables that I start HU bc it just happened again.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm just not sure many poker players would find that helpful. If you want a somewhat compiled list of stats, you can create an alias w/ a bunch of zoom players in drivehud, and then reference that alias name data in drivehud.

I haven't hard of this. Can you go to settings and turn on advanced log, and if this happens again please send a log from the support icon. Just send a message and click, send advanced log. I can have someone check into it.

Now there's an option in the pop-up stats to show the stats as text only, or as a line bar graph. If you show them as text only, they will display all on the same line. I'll post a screenshot a bit later and explain better.

I'm thinking it's something going on w/ the specific tables and sequence you're doing. Please send a log from the support icon and I'll have someone figure out what the issue is. Don't click to send advanced log.

We are also interested in this topic, but here's the question, if there are some problems, why not fix them right away ?! After all, if you work on the recommendations of ENNGENIE, then everything will be in order. Software is an important thing and it's worth emphasizing on it. If I'm wrong, correct me ?!
