After all the presents are opened, and the last pie has been eaten, Christmas, and the holiday season is about family and being grateful for what we have. It’s a time for reflection about another year that has past, and a look ahead about what our vision and goals are for the upcoming year. - Fixed 1st hand of MTT tournament had wrong winnings [Ignition/Bovada/Bodog]
- Fixed the issue when 1st hand of MTT after movement was skipped [Ignition/Bovada/Bodog]
- Fix export format of zone hand had wrong player positions [Ignition/Bovada/Bodog]
- Fix DriveHUD will continue importing if Ignition/Bovada/Bodog client got d/c [Ignition/Bovada/Bodog]

This build I posted yesterday had the x-ray notes by street commented out. If you re-download from the same link and install, it will work now.

Downloaded trial version yesterday. Was working great then I stopped to read all about it and tinker with the settings.

I must have done something dumb as now i can't get it to display again.

It's set to "Hero" for Ignition, I turned off seating preferences both in drivehud and bovada, and still can't get it back running.

Any advice, please?

you may have already discovered this but tehre is a stop/play button in the software that u may have selected to stop the hud?

Appreciate the response, but i have at least been negotiating that aspect properly. I was messing around in the import section so don't know if that could've been the root of the issue.

That said, i've sent support a log and message so hopefully they can get me sorted.

I prefer to be safer than sorry and this wasn't mentioned. I've never seen this popup. So I should just click repair? This is what shows up after downloading that link.



EDIT: I just fired up DriveHUD without doing anything with the above and got an update notice. I assume that's just as good as the link, correct?

So "not showing", do you mean the HUD isn't showing for you now on ignition or your data in drivehud? Did you try the basic troubleshooting of just rebooting yet?

I'd likely have to see your log to see what config has changed.

Yes, auto update is the same file. The reason you got the repair message before is because the build number was the same. You already installed that file.

I need to decide on what HUD to invest in this weekend. I have a few issues to resolve with you before I decide.

First, I prefer your HUD to the others I tried.

During my trial your suporte did respond to me in a timely manner. Unfortunately I was unable to respond back. When I did eventually respond, I never got another response back. This left me with unresolved issues. A few days back I left a message for suporte at your website(post trial). Still no response.

I think my unresolved issues may be fixed by a clean install of your software. This did not occur to me till the trial was over. I was hoping for a 3 day extension to the trial to see if a clean install can resolve these issues. If these issues get resolved I will buy both holdem and Omaha licences. But the issues need resolved, they are deal breakers unfortunately.

Issue #1, the most critical. When multi tabling different games like hold'em ,plo, and nlo8 at the same time at ACR I get a resource spike. Mostly My CPU. Up to 95%. Using other HUD's my CPU never passed 20% under the same circumstance. This is the # 1 issue to resolve. I have an Intel I5 processor with 8 gigs of RAM.

#2, I could never get the HUD to reflect imported hands. It tracked hands played while using the HUD. At the end of my trial I had only 400-100 hands on regular players. Other software I demo'd had 1-3 thousand hands for regulars after importing hand histories. BEfore I can decide your HUD is the one for me I need confirmation we can get my database completed.

I demo'd your software during the MoMoMO PLO series and was playing 14 hour days. I did not have time to learn the finer points of the software. I am sure that is where the rest of my issues lie. I hope either I can get a short extension and get these issues resolved. Even if you can just be comfortable these issues will be resolved if I buy the licences, I would be happy to just buy them without the extension. I hope we can eliminate these issues so I can finally put my search for my HUD in the past!!

I'm guessing responses are in your spam folder. I just went and checked unresolved / unanswered tickets in our system and there's zero. Every sent support ticket gets an answer and support agents have to answer in the order they were submitted.

Trial extension is possible. We'd need the e-mail you used to register. As far as resource spike, I'd need to have a developer look at your log. That sounds really odd. I've never heard of any resource spikes like that from anyone so it would be interesting to take a look.

If the HUD is running, all hands are imported. ACR sends HH's so there's really no way to miss data on a site like that. Again, I'd need to see your log, but I'm guessing maybe target player isn't properly set. I'm really not sure w/o seeing info, but I'm not sure it's possible to miss hand data on a site that send HH's, and haven't heard of that before.

You can PM me your e-mail, and I can look up your previous ticket and get someone to take a look at your log.

I seem to be unable to PM. Every time I try it redirects to a page that tells me I "do not have permission to access this page" . I suppose because this is my first day on the forum.

Ok, I'll take a look for this. If you sent a support ticket through Drivehud, and selected send advanced log this does not go to support. It goes to a development que (it should tell you this). Advanced logs should only be sent on request.

I'll take a look for your support ticket though and have someone get back to you on your issue.

Someone contacted me right away. I replied and heard nothing back. They requested I send a basic log from the program. I messaged back right away I can not do that since my trial has ended and the software would not let me.

Yeah, I see a request was put in for trial extension. It's another department who does it so I'll have to see. You can manually send the logs as well. But I'll make sure someone gets the extension for you (I don't know how to do it).

lol... happy new year. It wasn't an easy "fix", let me just put it that way. I think a few of the developers gave up, but then went at it again several days later w/ new ideas and finally came up w/ a good solution.

We don't fully have that implemented yet. We have the conversion process and the units, so we'll add it here in upcoming builds.

Really like the new build. In the future is there any chance you could add something to the general filters where you can filter for hands played in the last X number of hours? I'm always having to mess with the timezone offset and choose date range just to get my day of play to come up.
