Just standard heat map colors. The more red, the higher amount of those hands apply. The lighter the less they apply.

Hmm... how many hands are you talking about? We've imported pretty large samples on test systems myself and haven't seen any issues. Did you send your log to support by chance?

Correcto. They are no longer using QT, but chrome now. So totally different. The guys are working on it. I don't have an ETA right now.

Noticing the HUD not updating correctly when moved from table to table in MTT on Iginiton.. I have BBs enabled and nothing changes. I think im seeing stats for the wrong player.

I have to stop the HUD and restart each time im moved to make sure im seeing the correct stats for players...

What version are you using of drivehud. It's very important that you have drivehud up and running before you start your MTT. It's the only game type that this is important since we are capturing data, and Ignition only sends player data once time at the start. If you don't have it up and running before, DH will recover the info of the players, but sometimes there can be a delay.

I didn't, I'm not sure how to do that. My sessions are usually 2k-5k hands, and I upload them one at a time.

I've imported some more samples over the past few days, the biggest one being something like 7k. They seemed to import just fine.

Maybe there's something wrong w/ that other sample. Hard to say w/o seeing the log. If you click on the support looking icon at the top right hand side and click support, you can send a message w/ your log.

Are Bumper Stickers still being worked on?

Maybe I'm just not seeing it, but there doesn't seem to be a way to remove player profile icons from the list once you create them. I believe I've disabled them by unchecking them, but I'd like to get rid of a few I made entirely.

As far as player profile, the only thing to do is to disable the profile. We're adding a delete option though, so that will be an option here soon.

I only ask because a couple of pages back you said they were not supposed to be session specific. They still are for me. Sometimes the bumper sticker that shows up for a player is nowhere near matching what their historical data suggests. They don't appear at the table until the set minimum default number of hands has been played at the table. Shouldn't they show up immediately for players I have thousands of hands on? Half the time when they show up they appear in random areas like at the top of the table or in the middle. Is there some sort of setting I need to adjust?

What version of drivehud are you running again? What site are you seeing this on?

I don't have any reports of this issue, and yes, it should of course take historical data and show the stickers right away.

The only site I currently play regularly is BetOnline. This has always been the case for me with the bumper stickers. I've only been using DriveHUD for a month though.

I've been using DriveHUD with Bet Online for a couple of months and I've just added Ignition. Since I did this I now have to exit DriveHUD and restart it for my stats to update from either site. Everything is being captured correctly I just can't update the Dashboard without exiting and restarting. I have made an alias to link my accounts on each site and set my Ignition seating preference. No filters applied. Showing last 100 hands. Any ideas as to what's going on?

Ok, cool, thanks. Yeah, there's a new issue with the stickers not pulling all data, and only in session data. I know when this happened, and the developers have fixed it, so it will be corrected next release build.

Love the product. I purchased a license recently but now I noticed it is not working on Bodog anymore. Any idea when the update will be released for the newer client?

Sorry, missed this. So the dashboard w/ gauges isn't updating, or the reports, or both? Have you tried clicking on a report and seeing if it updates after that? The stats do essentially freeze while you're playing until you click a report, then it re-loads all data. It does this to reduce OS drag.

Maybe I never noticed or maybe it was accidentally removed, but I can't find Fold to C-Bet as an option on the dashboard stats.

I don't have an ETA, but we're super close. It was a major overhaul, completely new language, methods, and commands their using. I'm thinking this monday at the latest, but it could be sooner.

It's not available in general reports, just in HUD stats. We'll be adding all the HUD stats to the reports as well as the ability to create custom reports (beyond just adding / removing stats). We have a new opponents tab going in next build that will have fold to c-bet in the default report as well.
