Ick... do you have adequate HD space? Probably sending a manual log is best since it won't start. I'd start first though w/ temp disabling your firewall (it's often a most likely cause of issues), and then re-installing - do not choose the option to wipe all data.

The log location by default is here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\DriveHUD 2\Logs\drivehud.txt

I have a long lists of tagged hands to review. Maybe that's the difference. I replay one, then have to exit the replayer and go through a cascade of menus to get to the untag option. Since this is highly repetitive, I'm looking for short cuts.

Ok... it seemed liked you weren't sure how to load all tagged hands.

So the solution of after you replay, clicking show tagged hands, and either right click select all, and remove tags doesn't work for you?

So is the issue that you want to carefully remove some tagged hands, or remove all hands?

What I do for this case is replay Review. While in the Replayer, change the tag to Review 2. This hand will disappear from the Review and show in the Review2. All Review2 can be selected and untagged.

Ok, thanks for clarifying. I just wanted to be clear before putting a request in to the dev team. I think adding another option in the replayer to remove a tagged hand is easy. Thanks for the explanation and suggestion.

It just cleans up your database and makes it more efficient. Removes empty tables, things you've deleted, etc...

You don't ever have to... but every 6-12 months it's smart to do.

Simple feature idea: sound effects for HUD drop down menu.

When I'm playing multiple tables and try to use the drop-down menu, I'm often interrupted by the window focus being stolen. Sometimes the window focus is lost exactly when I'm clicking the mouse when trying to tag a hand. I can't tell if the hand has been tagged or not. A reassuring "beep" here would be nice.

Looks like you selected "export all hands" , use "export to 3rd party app" instead to export HH from that player ID

The problem there is we don't control the focus of the poker client. If it changes focus (which it should), we can't do anything about that.

Like was stated below, use the export to 3rd party option. Export all will export all hands.
