Hi I have a few queries

1. Can i Copy popus from one hud profile to another?
2. Is there a way to look at all the players and see who is winning/losing the most? and then filter by stakes?
3. Is there a way to look at a certain player and filter his actions on let's say all Axx boards, and his cbet in all positions and overall? and then his XR/cbets on all the turns/rivers?
4. Is there a ways to see how much someone has won against the hero? because I see that the opponent tab shows hands played against other opponents as well.

I have tried to do it through the RnD section but I was unable to do so!

i have seen many of online videos, but maybe I am unable to do the above specifically.

1) Once you create a pop-up, it's available to add to any HUD. You don't need to copy it.
2) You can via population reports. If you want to look at individual players that's limited to top 1k or something in the opponent report. And yes you can filter by stakes.
3) Yes. You just need to switch to that player, which you can right click on any opponent and set them as her. And then create a board texture and action filter.
4) Against hero only in a HUD, not in a report.

1) Like I said, you don't need to copy. Any pop-ups you have are available to add to any HUD. You'd need to go into the HUD tab, select the HUD you want to add it to, and you'll see all the pop-ups you have in the pop-up designer. 2) Those reports are different. In the population tab, it's only going to remove the active hero hands, so the total number will slightly change. Opponents report doesn't have a total hands section.

3) I'm mistaken. There's vs hero stats you can add by right clicking on stats in the HUD creation tab screen, and I assumed there was won for net won, but apparently there isn't. I sent a message to the dev team on why that specific one doesn't exist.

Can we make this through custom stat? I mean for report.

No, I don't beleive so.

I opened a third window on Ignition and the HUD started out saying I'd played about 50 hands. Then the number of hands stat on all three windows appeared to be climbing unrealistically. After I closed the windows and checked the number of hands added to the database, it seemed it was 300 or something instead of the 1,000 hands the HUDs were registering.

Is this a known issue?

Addendum: Confirmed. I watched carefully as #hands jumped from 1 to 4 instead of 1 to 2. The window seemed to be registering the number of hands played by all three windows.

Additional data point. I opened three Ignition windows at the same time. At the end of an our grind the windows registered 292 hands, 295, and 296. When I renewed the database, the number of hands had gone up by 296.

Ya, you can't open 3 at the same time. You have to open one, make sure you see the DH logo on the table, then open the next on Ignition. But even so, I've not seen what you're describing in all the years of supporting that site. Can you send a log from the support icon?

Yet another data point: I opened an Ignition window and waited for the full HUD to come on. Then I opened another and waited, then finally a third. The windows still exhibited the same error, clocking all the hands across all the windows.

Ok, I'll talk to the dev team about that. It just seems really odd that in all the years of support, that this would occur, considering nothing fundamentally has changed in how data is captured on there in a few years now. I'll let you know what they find out.

Can you DM me your email please? I'm not seeing a log. I asked everyone on the support and dev team. When I asked the dev team, this is what they said - it usually means table id wasn't detected, that usually causes invalid window detection, we should have tons of tickets about it if ignition changed something.

hi, is it possible to do a population report based on player color tags?

You can change the player types by right clicking on any of the player types listed.

you can only change player types based on "stats" though in those settings right? i meant if i color tag a players hud blue color in-game can i get a population report for all players that i have tagged the blue color

Yes the Player Types are by stat. I had assumed you were auto tagging using stats.

FreakDaddy, DH support tells me there is currently no option to change the default Opponent Types in the range report. It seems like it would be fairly simple to pull that information from the Population Report - Player Type.

Population reports on data for a specific stat. So if you have say a raise turn stat, and you had added a pop report to your hud, on mouse over you'll see a break-down of all player types and how often those players raise the turn. It won't auto highlight this because you need to check the data any ways by mousing over it. But we could add some highlight for that specific stat in the pop-up, if the player profile falls into one of the player type categories.

Correct. It's the only report that data doesn't transfer too. It's actually not that easy, but it's something I will being up to the dev team. ty.
