It seems to work for long stretches then it'll be off, and I'll have to restart the app to fix it.

I don't know if this is germane, but I have had the seats rotate on BOL standard cash games (non-boost). It happens after (momentarily) loosing connection and automatically returning to the same game (although not every time you loose it). I just rotate the position but don't save it. If you open another game, the position is fine. I have always assumed it was a bug in BOL, not DH2.

Ok, that would make sense on a disconnect. Yeah, dev team couldn't pre-produce this. Thanks for letting me know. I'll see if we can get a lot from one of these, but as far as I'm aware, those no reports of this into support either.

Do you know if you have a disconnect when this happens? Next time it happens, send a log from the support form and we'll check it out. The dev team has been looking at this, but hasn't had any luck re-producing it.

Oooohhh yeah don't even need the log, I guarantee you that's been affecting it as of late. I don't know if it coincides with when the HUD gets off track but it might.

Yesterday I was lagged/disconnecting all day long. It got better in the evening but it wasn't fixed.

Ok, ya... if you're having a lot of DC and lag from the client, then it's possible that can happen. It should usually auto correct after it resumes, but it's tricky because of how fast the hands are written in boost and the fact we're capturing that data in real time, and if some is missing, it can cause problems. I really haven't seen reports of other users consistently having this problem. Looks like one other person is, so maybe check your setup also and make sure if you're using a VPN or something that the connection is stable. If Wifi, maybe run some tests and see if there's somewhere else in your home that's more stable. Those are the only things I can really suggest right now.

I think the problem is mostly due to 1. BOL connection issues and 2. my own internet (LDO).

BOL seems to be smoother this week since this weekend.

My ISP "upgraded" the infrastructure this week around me.

Hopefully, these combined mean I'll experience this less often, but either way, thanks for your help.

Well I download the trial, seems very good but I uses HM2 all the life so here are my questions...

1) Is There a way to put a "box"with the last 3 hands played of the table for example so I can click it and view it when playing?

2) How is the easiest way to add the Net won and the Player name in my hud? Or in a popup for example?

3) I play at Bodog and Betonline. I duplicate the HUD so I can move it at each site, and the save positions. But when I close a table and open another the HUD is disordered.

1) If you have a player profile icon in your HUD, you can just mouse over and it will display the last 4 hands played. You can also run the live play report while you're playing in DH2, and you'll have heatmaps, table data, and last hands played.

2) Drag and drop net won and player name into your HUD. In the HUD tab, just enter net won into the search, drag and drop it to your selected stats. Same with player name.

3) BOL, open one table only, position the HUD correctly, then save it. Then it will load correctly on all tables going forward. Bodog you may need to set preferred seating, and you need to do that in settings in the poker client, and match those same settings in preferred seating in DH2 (you can set this in site settings or there's an icon in the HUD tab to set this).

Thanks but in question 1 i want to have a box but only with the last 3/4 hands played at the table , not per player.. So can i check the last 3 hands and when i click view in text mode , not at replayer

1) You can only do this from the live play report, and not on the table. The last 3 shown is per player on table.

3) That shouldn't have anything to do w/ setting up preferred seating. And w/ Bodog, like I said, just open one table only. Move the position over the correct players, then save. Then from that point forward it will work. Doesn't matter what table tools you're using.

4) It only shows what the site provides. I believe you're talking about bodog, and that information isn't shown in real time, it's only shown in the HH 24 hours after play.

4) No, in Bodog if villain mucks the hands at showdown for example, u can go to the hand history at Bodog and show what the villain mucked. I dont know if the flashing show too the mucked or not

1) right click the column headers and select the items you want (check marks).

4) On BOL, if you hover over the player profile icon, you will get the last few hands that went to showdown even if they were mucked. They are also available in the Replayer from the live play screen or right clicking on the popup.
In Ignition/Bodog (if they go to showdown), the hands are only in DH2 if they didn't muck. You can see them in the Ignition/Bodog hand history right away. After 24 hours, you can download the hands from Ignition/Bodog for several days. If you import these hands into DH2, you will see all of the hands (even the ones that were folded).

1) Overall won, no, individual hands, you can edit the report and remove that info.
3) Changing the table size should have no impact on the HUD order.
4) I understood... that info is not provided in real time. It used to be provided in their hand replayer, but it's not even there anymore. It's only after 24 hours do they release that info, and then you can import those hands and DH2 will update all opponent hole card data.

Hi, I'm struggle with trying to review an entire MTT hand for hand from inside the hand replayer. For another poker software, I could just start at the first hand then use right arrow to move the action and then CTRL+right arrow to move to the 2nd hand etc. DriveHUD seems to only show the big pots on the bottom. I can't even figure out how to load all the MTT hands into replayer. Can you give me some guidance on how to do this? Thanks

Is there a way to export hands formatted for discord? is that functionality you might be adding if its missing currently?

Bottom right side of the replayer, there's a min BB size filter. Set it to 0.

Not specifically for discord, but I think it's something we should add for sure. Right now plain text would probably be the best format option.

Ok cool. Yea I've been using plaintext but having spoiler tags auto integrated, and maybe some minor formatting stuff like the 2+2 conversion would be a value add for sure. I imagine I'm not alone in using discord for hand review.

You can export as an image from the hand viewer. That should work in discord now that I think about it. It will look something like this.

Update to the latest build. Maybe also check your disk space. Make sure you're ok there. If all else fails, send you log to support and it will say what the problem is.
