Tournament hands need to be separated from cash game hands. I originally bought the PLO DriveHud, and then bought the NL one specifically for tournaments. While it has been helpful vs players who I've only met in tournaments, it's practically useless vs opponents I regularly play in cash games (especially considering I mostly play 6-max or shorthanded).
Yes, agreed. I think AIEV is trouble for a lot of people doing it because each site sends the remaining info back differently. I've seen a lot of errors here, and it's something we're aware of and will address.
As far as tourney / cash game data, this was changed awhile back. I'm not 100% sure it was released though, so I will have to check, but if it wasn't it will be in the upcoming update. There should be a big update this week with the new HUD designer. I'm really looking forward to this update because it's going to completely change how we build and address HUD data.
