No.. just reboot your system. If your poker client updated and you had DH open, then you'll likely have an issue. Just reboot, load up DH first and you should be fine.

Ok, glad it's working. And as far as support... maybe check your junk / spam folders. If it's suddenly working, they probably reset it and responded to you. Either that or check to make sure you're not replying to no-reply senders.

I am trying to create a stat in my HUD for overall check-fold frequency. How would one go about creating this stat if it is not present in the HUD by default?

There's a postflop check/fold%. Usually most people don't c-bet frequency skewing the point of the stats, which is the understand opponent postlfop passivity. I'll have to get back to you tmw about the exact formula to do all streets. I'm not in front of my system at the moment.

its pretty annoying and think causing lags when playing a couple of games and acting fast and then this stuff tries to pop up simultaneously, and providing no helpful information. no offense

Yes, you can remove any element. You just need to go to your HUD tab in Drivehud, select the HUD you're using from the two pull down menus, and click on the player profile icon. Be careful when you do this because it's easy to click on other elements sometimes if the element is really small. Once you have it selected, you'll see it in the selected stats section on the right, just drag and drop the player profile back to the stats section on the left. Save your HUD.

sorry, I don't get it.
when I go into the hud menu and then click on the blue player profile icon, nothing happens and I also don't have that in my hud, where I could click on it. there is just the plain stat box with stats

I made an empty plain stat box now, so added nothing at all but that pop up is still showing up.
I would like to get rid of the whole thing.

Ahh, ok, you're talking about the player data when you mouse over a blank area in the HUD. I don't think there's a way to disable this, I'll have to speak to development. If there isn't, we can add an option to hide it.

I have been testing tracking/hud software lately in order to update my dying hm2 software. Drivehud2 feels pretty amazing overall and looks very promising.

I would like to recommend a few little improvements:

- Themes: Dark theme is too dark and light is too light. I feel a lack of options here or at least something in the middle is missing.
- Show last hands: UI remembers well last tab used in "dashboard" view but always reset to "last 100 hands" played which is a little annoying.

Bright note:

- Custom stat creation learning curve is pretty neat.

is there currently a way to filter for total pot size won/lost? ie in HM2 the filter is "player won or lost bbs is greater than ##"

$/hr already exists... just right click to add it to a report or you can search for $ to add it to hud.

Filters - advanced - misc (scroll down). But there's also by each street you can create one w/ the same <>.

How is bb/100 is calculated when player played say 100 hands of 50/100 @ +3bb/100 and 100 hands of 100/200 @ +2bb/100

So total hands 200

Stakes don't matter, it's calculating based on BBs and hands. bb/100 is calculated as Sum(won in bb of each hand) / Total Hands * 100

Found it, the $/hr stat is in overall report, I was looking at the wrong place.. was trying to add it to pokersite and session tab.
