Hello,
I am wondering how to filter my HUD stats in game to exclude hands played when the table was shorthanded. For example, I will often collect stats on tables all night, and by the end of the night, 2 or 3 players are playing completely differently than they do when the table has no open seats. I would like to filter out those hands from the HUD so when I am playing, the stats I see do not reflect those short-handed hands.

No. You can increase your windows DPI and everything will be be bigger, but there's not a setting to increase the chip amount.

My Drive HUD 2 updated for the first time in over 5 months (was away from poker for awhile) and it's been stuck on the Loading screen when it launches. On the bottom right of the loading screen, it says Updating DB.

Update, after being stuck on the loading screen for 20 minutes, it eventually said this:

If you go here - %appdata%\DriveHUD 2\drivehud.db <-- re-name this file, then it will create a new DB, and you can re-import your hands. If you don't have hands or a backup, you can send that file to google drive or an upload service and we can have someone from development see if they can fix or extract your data.

Ok, great. I got a report that it was some issue that happened a long time back, so your db couldn't run migration scripts. I was told they recovered it, so just let me know if all is well.

Hi,

How can I constrain the player profile icon to always stay within the box?

As you can see from the image, I have it on the right of a text stat.

However, everytime I load the HUD the player profile icon appears elsewhere. Sometimes it will be imposed over the last text stat on the right and sometimes it will appear unconnected to the entire HUD box. Each time I drag it to where I want it to be and click "Save HUD position" but it doesn't remember and I have to keep repeating the process.

I have renewed my license but the provided key is not being accepted. I’ve sent two emails to support in the past week but have not received a response. How can I fix this? I am about to change laptops and want to be able to get back in to back everything up before I change over.

I just got the update and that was because I noticed that the HUD and hand logging wasn't working on Ignition. I don't see anyone else complaining, but the now updated Drivehud still isn't working. Not much has changed with my system lately, either, outside of a Windows Update. Should I send a log to support?
