Hello, I've been playing on BetOnline with DriveHud2 with no issues. I've recently started playing their Fast Fold and my HUD does not seem to be showing up. Is it not supported on Fast Fold? I was under the impression that it was. Thanks in advance

You have to enable FF on site settings in DH2. So click the config button at the top right, site settings, - BOL and enable FF.

Having some major issues with DriveHUD2 and related software the last few days. Went to open Leak Buster 2 yesterday and it asked for my serial (I purchased it earlier this year and it's already been activated). SO I go into the drivehud website, go to my account, copy and paste the serial. Says it's invalid. Email support, they sent me a completely different serial number. Whatever no biggie. Put it in and it worked fine.

Today I'm playing in the biggest tourney I've ever played in (Bovada monthly Milly). In the first round I noticed that if I try to look at the hand history for this tournament in DriveHUD, it's not even there under tournaments. It is listed as individual hands under Dashboard, where the cash game hands usually go, but the pot sizes are completely off. Starting stacks are $25k and it looks like we're playing $1/$2. I emailed support hoping for a quick fix but didn't hear back. Then I also realized that the Player Xray isn't working either. It asks me to enter serial, so I go look it up on their website, and again it says invalid.

I may just have really bad luck with everything crashing in the biggest poker moment of my life, but its crazy that functionality can just completely break for no reason. I've paid for the highest package with just about every add on. What a waste. I can't wait do uninstall this junk the minute I inevitably bust out of this tourney because I'm so tilted. Buyer beware! I hear you, but what you're describing is because of an Ignition update. You just have to update to the latest version in this thread or our forums:

We go out of our way to take care of our customers, and always have, and I understand that software can be frustrating sometimes when it doesn't work as expected. We've all been there. You posted on multiple forums, reddit, etc... expressing your frustration. We understand your upset and we take all customer feedback, good or bad seriously.

I'm not sure what else to say other than just check the update forums if your poker client updates in the future. There will likely be update fix posted there.

No, I forgot this was removed. FF on there isn't fully supported. It will track the games, but the HUD is one hand behind, so we don't officially support it yet. The games have been on and off on there, but I know they've been picking up recently, and it's something that's already on the development list.

Thanks for the update. For the Party poker equity fix, do we have to redownload old hands, or should it automatically fix itself?

You have to run a stats rebuild from the config button at the top right in DH2.

Some of us had to re-register our license but other than that, thanks for the update!

If you had a pretty old version of DH2 and hadn't updated in awhile, it would have prompted you to re-enter your license because of a license change we made to AHC inside of DH2 about 6 months back.

Any update on support for partypoker skins in the US where HUDS are allowed?

1) When u apply filters to POPULATION or OPONENTS tab, they dont work. I have latest version drivehud.
for example if u filter for LastMonth, it doesnt filter for LastMonth, but for alltime timeframe...

2) Can u add "$/hr" to Stakes tab? the only tab thats allowed right now to show that column, is OVERALL tab..

I'm checking on this and will let you know. Edit: We need some advanced logs from you. The issue is we don't have someone in the states where it's allowed, so they can't play and gather info. So if you can turn on advanced logged in settings on DH2, play and send those logs, I can have someone add it fairly quick.

I believe this was updated, and just trying to get word from the lead developer on when it will be in a build.

I was trying to create simple filter to sort MTT results by buyin level: under 50$ and over 50$ but couldnt find how to do it.

If you just click the filter pull down menu -> create filter... under standard filters there's the buy-in levels that you play on the left. Just uncheck the ones you don't want to see.

You can, there's not really one for custom filters.. if you just type a word you want to do, the helper will locate all words around that, so it's pretty straight forward. If you have a specific question on something you can't find, I can help.
