There's some really cool new R&D widget features that I'll post some videos about in the next couple of days. There's 3d modeling in there now which creates some unique ways to analyze data. I'll post more about it here soon.

I play on PBros. At least every few minutes the stats won't change when I swipe to a different table. Sometimes it'll stay stuck for a few seconds and up to just not turning back after 5+ minutes.

That's not typical, so I'd need some details on which emulator and ver you're using, which Drivehud and version so we can check which catcher you're using, etc.. sending a log to support is always the best way to go to figure out what's happening w/ your setup.

Apologies if this has been asked before, but I'm a new user (ignition Poker).

Since Ignition updates hand histories with all cards after 24 hours, will DriveHUD automatically pull that new info for hands played while using it, or do I need to manually download? Will that screw up my database or will DriveHUD automatically merge the info?

There's no way to automatically pull this data from ignition. You have to manually request it, and then it will download onto your system and then you import it into Drivehud.

It will not mess up your existing data you captured in real time, it will just merge w/ the existing data and fill in the missing hole card data.

Using DriveHud v2.0.0.5209, every time I try to install one of the free HUDS, I am greeted with the following pop-up box...

"Failed to install HUD. Internal error. Please try again or contact support"

Do you know if the free HUDS (I tried installing 6-max ADV Cash HUD) are available for the beta version of DriveHUD 2 yet?

Hi all. I am new to this part of the forum. I am evaluating DriveHUD and was evaluating PT4 and HM3.

I am in NY so my only options to play are Global, ACR and BetOnline. Obviously can't use on Global and I don't plan to play much on ACR. I do want to play BetOnline. Have a few questions.

- If I only want to play on BetOnline, it seems like to me that DriveHUD might be the best option as I don't have to pay for PT4 *and* I don't need a card catcher like BetOnline Card Catcher. Looks like DriveHUD is doing all the card catching.

- Is there any way to have the Dashboard set up so it is automatically updating the graph and the hands played without me having to click in and out of things? Is that an option on DH2?

- While I like how DH HUD looks, I hate the layout of the dashboard. It seems like everything is too wide where I am constantly scrolling up and down. Would prefer if it looked more like squares. The DH2 interface seems to look a lot better in this regard.

- Is there any way to filter the graph by session? It seems like the smallest range I can do on the graph is by day (today). If I had an earlier session I would like to start a new graph for the new session. Is this possible?

- If I decide to buy this software now I am I grandfathered into DH2 licensing?

Is Chip EV stat added to Drivehud? It is main stat for Spin&Go

I just took DH1 for a test drive and imported HH’s from my HEM 3 database and when I compare results I am way off. Is there any way to see the import history and if hands were not imported or had errors etc?

Also, I play many different games but I cannot see a way to filter by game type. Seeing my stats for all games combined really does not provide much value. I assume the ability exists but I’m just not seeing it. How would I do this?

Plenty of questions but I’ll save them for now until I can pay around a bit more.

Yes, correct, you don't need a catcher for betonline w/ Drivehud. Just DH.

As far as the width, you can adjust the size of DH. Just drag it to whatever size you want. You can also adjust the size of the reports, and in the middle between the gauges and the reports section, there's a button you can click to hide the gauges and graph.

There isn't a way to set a quick filter by session. In most cases you can create a filter to isolate that, but if you can't for whatever reason, your data is separated out in the sessions report. This is a good suggestion to add for DH2 though, to have a quick click option to just graph a specific session.

And yes, if you purchase DH1 now, you'll get DH2 since DH2 is getting close to release.

It is in DH2, but I don't think it's released. I have to double check. I don't believe it's in dh1.

Yes, it would be in the main log - C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\DriveHUD\Logs\drivehud.log

It could be that not all of your hands are archived to the same place originally. DH will graph and import whatever you have. If you're just starting to look at Drivehud though, I'd recommend using DH2 since it will be what's developed on going forward.

Game type filters is under standard filters, if you click the filters drop down menu.

Thanks for the info. I went ahead and deleted DH1 and am loading DH2. I assume if I want to purchase I would buy a DH1 license and then it would apply to DH2 since I can’t buy DH2 yet?

It looks like I screwed something up. I installed DH2 and then messed up the integrity of the database when I tried deleting some hands by deleting sessions. It left the hands in the database but removed the sessions so I fully uninstalled both DH2 and DH1 to start over. I deleted all files after the program was uninstalled and then reinstalled DH2. Now when I try to import hands nothing will import. I sent a report and log files into support through the program.

Deleting a session shouldn't cause a database issue. But if you sent log, we'll be able to see what happened. At this point, I'd just use a windows uninstaller program or something and wipe everything and start over. I'll have someone check your log and let you know what happened.

As a side note, you can have DH1 and DH2 installed at the same time.

Unfortunately I was not running detailed logs when the error happened that lead to the hands staying in the database even though I had deleted the sessions. I turned the advanced logging on when I started having issues with trying to import hands and that is what I sent.

I just reinstalled and reinstalled twice and still cannot get any hands to import. It seems to just stop as soon as the message for building a cache shows up. The log file seems to indicate an error with loading PlayerXRay.

LOL. I just tried to investigate player x ray and it seems to be an app that I don’t even have so I have no idea what that log file is actually saying. Thankfully I’m not the one who has to try to figure this issue out. I’ll just sit tight and wait for a response. Thanks!!

Do you guys support Pokerstars' "The Grand Tour" format properly, so as to properly see winnings/losses and ability to properly isolate results from when you make it into the 60$ from the 25$ and when you bust the 25$?

No, it's not fully supported. It will track the hands of course, and run a HUD, but it doesn't have a filter distinction, which I think is what you're asking for. We will look to add it though. It's been on the list, but the development team right now is mostly focused on finishing Drivehud 2 for release.

So this is what I was told. Uninstall again, and download and install this latest update:

There's extra logging added for your issue. Go ahead and try your import again, and it should likely fail. After that just click the support icon, send a message, and don't check send advanced log. Just keep the send log checked. Development will be able to tell what happened. I've not seen any issues like this with import in DH1 or DH2, so it will be interesting to see what the heck happened.

I'm super stoked to show you guys what the new R&D section can do. I've been waiting for this update to do so. This looks like a minor update, but there's some major things in R&D that are finalized, and all major bugs removed as well.
