One thing to note, if you moved the HUD around before and then saved it without setting up preferred seating, it may be a little screwy. So setup preferred seating, open up just one table and make sure everything is ok. If it's not, re-position, and then save your HUD position, and then open up more tables. It should be good from that point forward.

You can right click on your overall report, and export all of your hands, and then import them. There's no converter.

yeah, you can export your whole database by right click then choose export to 3rd party app in "overall" Total hands report Or If the pokersite provide hand history and its supported by HM, the original hand can be found in your in your DH process folder.

Hands being in his processed folder depend on the site he's playing on. If it's not a site that provides hand histories, they are only stored internally. It's best to just export them from within DH.

quick update on that issue where the hud temporarily crashes and nobody could figure out why...i still dont really know anything, but it's definitely related in some way to my cpu usage maxing out. it's particularly testy when i have the coinbase crypto exchange open and it's doing all that real-time market data and ****

Thanks for the update. Yeah, if you have some things open that grind heavy on cpu usuage, that could do it. Dh doesn't take up much, but chrome and some of these browsers and sites can.

On a side note, hope those crypto trades are going well.

going on a trip, just want to ask how the offset time feature in DH work. is it pst/gmt based or does it sync with the time of my device then offset it from there?

Correct. It's not completely officially supported. It will track and show a HUD, but it can get behind sometimes. There wasn't much traffic in those games for a long time. Now they are picking up and we'll add full support soon.

You can just add total hands to your HUD, and set your Hero HUD for only in session, not historical. You should have a hand total for most HUDs if you've used any of the default ones.

Open one table only on BOL. Re-position the HUD over the correct players. Save the HUD position from the DH logo on your table. Then open more tables. It will work from that point forward.

It's a good question. I don't know how much internal and private testers used AHC with it offhand. It was used, and it should be fine.

The first try at migrating I didn't have enough storage space so it failed. Now that I have cleared room how do I migrate?

Whatever your database size is, you'll need roughly that much free space + ~2-5%. It's free space on your HD, so you'd have to delete some files or move things to another system.
