I did the same infact settings was like that earlier also but when i play HU in 6 max table it store data in my 6 max hud which i dont want.

That's odd. There must be some issue.

Send your logs to support by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner of DriveHUD and then clicking on the Support tab on the far right.

Provide the details of your issue and the logs. I would leave the Advanced Log unchecked.

thats cool i want to do this too, do i need to download my hand history files manually from the poker client (Ignition Poker)? or do the hand history get downloaded automatically somewhere?

well just requested all my poker hand history from my playing start date of 3/12/20 via the online chat from the ignition website.

Playing history =/= hand history. They basically always refuse to send more than the last 7 days as far as I know

sometime ignitoin works sometime it does not. I was not work today. I closed hud and load igntion talbles again. It start to work. i use tabletamer. is that a issue? But most of time it works with TT. just very frustrating .

Tabletamer is the issue. You have to configure site (ignition) within TT a few times before every session until it doesn't break DH any more. Just fire up a 5nl table at start of session until no hud, stop TT and configure. It'll restart ign and then press play on TT and reopen a 5nl table. Repeat this until your HUD works (you should be able to tell from observing one full hand) and then it'll work across all tables for your session. Also, I believe there are issues if a cash table breaks and you get moved to another. I always just close the new one and reopen and have no issues. TT support is aware of the issues but they aren't always reliable to fix things in a timely manner. Good luck

Let me know if you can how many hands they release. They used to be really good about going back a few months, but I've heard some people say they won't anymore. I've had to do this a few times myself, but I haven't for a long time now. ty.

been meaning to mention something about this for a while but keep forgetting because it's only a minor annoyance, but i tried to send a log earlier through the program and got some kinda error message. the hud just decides to randomly freeze up and crash from time to time, and it's continued to do it through multiple updates/versions. it always pops back up like 1 hand later, but i was just wondering if there was something going on in my computer system that's known to cause this. (edit: ignition)

Take a look above... are you using TT? Drivehud on ignition should never crash, ever. If you're not able to send a log, it's because your log is massive (think the server max is 50mbs). It should delete the log when it gets towards max, so make sure you don't have send advanced log checked. You can always manually upload your log somewhere, but email support first and they can gide you.

Ty... and yeah, this is an ongoing thing with TT. We provided them licenses at their request, and direction, but it doesn't seem to get fully fixed. I'm not sure what else we can really do.

nah, no TT. i did have 'advanced log' selected, so maybe that's why it gave me the error. i'll try again next time it happens

minor detail just so that we're on the same page- when i say the hud 'crashes', it doesnt actually miss any hands, and i dont have to do anything to get it to pop back up. it's just the display that ****s up and disappears from the tables, and then comes back 1 hand later.

That sounds more like two tables were in the loading phase at the same time, which can cause and issue on that site. We'll be able to see from the log though, so I'll let you know.

- Fix for Adda52 Holdem cash tables [second update fix after updates 2nd update]
- Fixed the issue when WPN hands weren't imported if there was 'BombPot' line in hand history

Adda52 misspelled holdem for their table titles, so they did an update to correct the spelling which broke the HUD again. Fixed now.

lol nah, i been doin this a while

it's not even really a big deal, just annoying when i have the tables re-sized from my default and it resets the hud positions from where i've moved them

feel-good story of the week tho-

got a really good friend who used to grind in the hi/lo streets with me over 10 years ago before he got married and got a real job. he got back into poker recently and made the mistake of getting HM3- in under 24 hrs i had him switch to drivehud and he's happy with it.
