The create alias worked. As soon I did that for my app accounts, the results from the apps over last few days showed up under it. All gucci on my end now. I would recommend adding the "create alias" section to the tutorials, as I had previously referenced the tutorial for Asian Apps set up but had not seen that I needed to create an alias for additional sites/apps

Also wrt to the extension for Igntion, maybe I wasn't super clear when I typed it out but I only meant the extension for my app - I've been aware no extension needed for Ignition. It's been smooth sailing for ignition since day 1.

Freakdaddy - I also wanted to add that you guys do a real excellent job with the high quality software you create and also your support is unrivaled with you regularly checking all the software support threads with fast and highly responsive help for users like myself. Both of those are the ultimate combination.

I've previously used the Ignition Catcher and Converter as well, and overall the software+support combo at Ace Poker has really enhanced my online playing experience. I will definitely be changing over to DriveHud and will be recommending y'all to my buddies playing online as well, much like +rep did for me when he switched over to DriveHud for Ignition. I just started using DriveHUD and have been playing Blitz almost exclusively. No problem at all for me with loading between hands. Sometimes I actually see the stats refresh before the players even pop in their seats.

I have had a couple minor issues. For instance, I edited my HUD to make the player name yellow (also tried orange) for better contrast against the Blitz table, but it wouldn't change. Also, I've noticed if I try to replay a hand or tag a hand for review, it only works some of the time. I just finished a session now and thought I had tagged a half dozen hands or so, but nothing is tagged when I look at the Dashboard.

I don't think you can edit the player name color. I'll talk with the devs about that. As far as tagging hands, how many tables of blitz are you playing and how are you tagging them? It might be easiest to use CTRL + H as a hotkey and tag the last 3 hands. And I assume you click the show tagged hands box in the dashboard to view them.

Playing 2 tables. I didn't try the hotkey, but tried both tagging the last hand and the last 3. A couple times it worked, but most of the time it didn't. Now that you mention it, I wonder if it worked (both for tagging hands and bringing up the replayer) only when I was 1-tabling.

Is there an filter/stat for how much rake was paid? If so, where/how can I add that so it's one of the main stats displayed under the tabs?

I'm extremely curious to see how much rake I'm paying on these apps - I know what the rake is in terms of % and cap but not how much it comes out to in a per hand/average basis. Knowing total rake paid would help me out immensely

Is there a way to change session length or stop/start a new session?

Just purchased DH due to its population study feature and a HUD that works with Chico.

I loaded IGN and WPN hands, and I'm trying to see population statistics. My population data doesn't seem correct. It is only showing hands from 3/12, which is around when I first downloaded the free trial. Also, the population information does not change depending on if I have "Hero (Ignition)" or "<My_user_name> (WPN)" selected. I have right clicked the population tab and clicked refresh, but nothing changes.

Also, when I have "Hero (Ignition)" selected, the "Dashboard -> Poker Site" tab displays nothing. Note that I mainly play Tournaments. Maybe population only works for cash games?

Click on settings in Drivehud. Click on rakeback and add your playername and set it to 100%. Click ok and close settings. Go to the report you want to see rake on and right click on a column header and select rakeback. You'll then see how much total rake you paid.

If you click on stop HUD at the top center, and then start it again, it should start a new session.

Correct... the population report is for cash games. It is something we'll be adding for tournaments though. It is definitely on the list.

All of your stats for tournaments are only in the tournament tab. That's why you're not seeing it update in the dashboard.

FD, I know that there is a manual on the site and also a link on the application that brings you back to the site. But, my question is that do you have a pdf that could be downloaded and printed? Easier access to look up and read when something is right in front of you.....and thank you! Once the trial period is over, I will be purchasing the software and from here on I will not be using anything but what software your company offers. Have built up a deposit of 75$ up to 700$ in a little over two weeks. Mostly single table SNG triple ups with a handful of MTT. This being done by only playing a handful days a weeks and a couple hours a session.......

I'm experiencing odd behavior with the HUD on Bovada. DH seems to have difficulty placing the indicators next to the correct player. When a table loads, the indicators are often in the wrong position. The same thing occurs when in an MTT new players are added // I am moved tables.

Here is an image of how the indicators loaded on two tables. Note that the second table is missing one indicator completely.

Tried that and did not work.

Also tried shutting down tables, pressing stop, closing drive, waited 20 mins, started playing and still was same session.

Hi - wanted to ask whether the MTT tracking for Pokerstars (including bounties) is manual or supposed to update automatically?

Good question, we don't have a PDF version. I haven't had anyone ask before actually, but I agree it would be useful. I'm going to ask to see if there's an easy way to convert html to pdf. I'll get back with you on that.

I know in chrome you can print it out, but it would obviously also include the side margins. I guess that's worst case scenario right now.

If they are not over the correct player at all, then you don't have preferred seating setup correctly. If they are just off from the correct position of the player, it's because the sidebar is open and if you want it open, just move the HUD to the correct position. You can right click and drag the HUD where you want it, or left click and move individual parts of the HUD. I'd suggest opening just one table, position everything how you want it, then click the drivehud icon at the top and select save hud position. Then it will load correctly every time from that point forward.

Ok, that's what I was told by the dev team, but apparently they were wrong. They also told me it's 30 minutes of stopped play, and then it considers it a new session. I haven't had anyone ask before, and I can't think of another way. Is there a specific reason for wanting to manually have it categorized as new quicker than that? Just asking out of curiosity. Helps me understand people's needs better.

There still isn't a way to add rakeback to the graph is there?

I have been using DriveHUD w/ Asian Card Catcher app to play on pokerbros and its worked quite nicely.

I recently made a second account so that I could play on different clubs at the same time. The HUD doesn't appear on my second emulator instance. Is there a fix for this?

Hello I am new to PokerBros and am considering purchasing DriveHud. I had a question regarding the ability to change aliases on PB. Does the hud still know that its the same person when someone changes their alias by Player ID or something or will the new players alias start a whole new set of stats on the new players name?
