It works fine on Ignition. Ignition has had 4 updates in the last month, and we've had updates out to address those. Make sure you're updated to the latest version and reboot.

2) This might have something to do with your multi-monitor setup. If you send a log to support they should be able to help you better.
3) Permanently no. It is collapsible and it only resets on close and open of Drivehud.

Suggestions were noted and I'd recommend adding any future ones in our suggestion forum. They do get looked at and reviewed by the dev team, and most of them implemented.

I meant that I might need to switch to Drivehud because the software I'm using isn't working and they say it's going to take more than a couple days to fix. Do you have a trial version that has a workable Ignition HUD?

On ignition I'm playing a tournament and got knocked out and re-entered and pretty sure I got seated back at my same seat/table and now the HUD won't display. I've re-entered other tournaments on ignition and the HUD has come back but think it might be due to getting sat back at the same table.

Any quick fix I can do for this?

In Drivehud, change your selected player ID to your ACR username. Then the active player analysis in Leak buster 2 will be your ACR player.

I just bought the Drivehud, but am still figuring it out.

I am trying to create my HUD. I wanted to add a few rows of stats, so I installed Line Breaks where I wanted. For some reason, a bunch of the stats are going straight across without the linebreak, and they aren't in the same order that they are in in my "Selected Stats" column.

Please help

Does prefered seating work in the trial version? I can't check the box , it doesn't respond, so I have to keep rotating the positioning for every table.

You can tag the last 3 hands played and view them in your tagged hands report. You can do it from the DH logo or there's a hotkey CTRL + H.

By default it will show you the last 4 hands that went to showdown for your opponents also.

Yes, everything works in the trial. For preferred seating, you need to set it on your poker client + the same seat in Drivehud.

My Drivehud gets stuck to loading all of a sudden and I havent made any windows changes. Any suggestions on what i could to to make it open ? If i reinstall it, will it keep my datyabase and my hud ?

If you re-install and don't select the option to remove all data, then it will keep everything. The default is just to repair. I haven't seen this happen before, so if you can't get it working I'd send this file to support so they can have a look:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\DriveHUD\Logs\drivehud.log

I have created a 5k player alias a while ago and had no problem using it but this time i turned it off with that alias. this might be preventing in from opening because its very large. idk. any way i can delete the alias from files ? if not, can you please give the support email so i can send them the log fiel ?

to reset your settings, you need to delete the Database folder then reinstall DriveHUD. contact support for the step by step instruction.
