I have hands downloaded from bovada in my hand history folder that I want to upload onto drivehud. I tried going to import -> from directory -> and selecting the folder but it will not work. Am I doing something wrong?

Yes, just go to the HUD tab in Drivehud and select the HUD you want to edit. There's some tutorial videos that can explain in more detail as well:

You don't need to watch the whole thing to understand the basics to get started.

Hi,
I am not able to locate the "preferred seating" area in settings for ACR.

Last 4 to 5 days my HUD when playing on ACR blitz goes in and out every hand, only usually catching 1 to 2 players stats on the table. Anything I can do to quick fix this?

The EV calculation in DriveHUD is wrong for 6+ game in Poker King. Therefore the EV line (orange line in the result graph), which is a crucial feature, is currently useless.

Can you fix this, and if you do, will it update past numbers as well?

In this image: https://ibb.co/JBbs13F, a player all in for $975 being favorite (54.02% equity) and yet the EV diff is $963.71 which is impossible (EV diff should be more than $975)

The hand and EV are totally fine. The problem is the rake is super high. The pot is 2025 pot and the rake is 241. On top of that a player took insurance, we don't support insurance and that amount was added to the pot. So I think those things are skewing the EV result. I'll talk w/ development about it.

As a poker player, I never even look at all-in EV personally. I've played over 14 years and really don't consider it an important stat. I guess we all put emphasis on different things.

In NLHE I also don't care too much about this stat, but in 6+ where variance is 10 times higher, you need this stat to have a better idea about your actual win rate.

As far as the hand export, yes, those are two different export formats. The one you did is raw, the second one is regular text. There's 6 or so different formats to export out to.

I thought I had answered. You need both the folder + db file. We have internal backup systems going into Drivehud I believe this week.

If you right click on any report header, you can add the rakeback stat to a report by clicking on the rakeback stat.

Hand history/replayed needs some tweaking. How do you move through a session within the replayer? Seems like I have to close it out and double click on each individual hand I want to replay.

Also in regards to ignition - after downloading the hh and importing it I'm unable to watch the full replay of the hand? Action seems to stop after I fold which is annoying especially for zone hands where I fold before any action happens.

As far as ignition zone, correct. Ignition doesn't provide hand histories. It's not like pokerstars zoom or blitz where the whole hand data is provided. If you fold, the hand is over, there's no more info sent from the site.
