You can set a filter for today in the tournament tab and the totals will be at the top of your screen.

When to use the "rebuild" feature in DriveHUD setting?

Only when directed to. It occurs very rarely and is optional.

Even though it takes a while, the one time you might want to do it (periodically) is if you download Ignition data after 24 hours. Otherwise some of the data won't update in the HUDs (i.e. graphs).

Rebuild doesn't affect this. The only reason you may not have data after a manual import is you need to do a refresh.

Did this change in one of the updates? I was able to fix a problem with this in 2022 (after your suggestion) and would love to stop doing rebuilds.

I think this was intended for your hands you already previously imported before the replacement of hole card data feature was added. Now it shouldn't be relevant. The only time you should have to rebuild is the very rare time there's a new stat that requires it. I think this has occurred 2 or 3 times since DH launch.

I tried it this morning. The heat map on the left is immediately after downloading from Ignition. The one from the right is after a Rebuild. The way most data is handled in programs, I am concerned that the Population Data would not have the downloaded data without the rebuild.

Correct... this was exactly why you were told to re-build initially, because of the heat map update that was implemented. But that was just a one time thing. I believe if you either refresh your report, or just close and re-open DH2 after manual ignition import, then your heat maps will update. As you know, it just applies to that site, since it's the only one that will update the existing data. The reason you need to do this is because the data is already cached in your system. When you manually import the ignition hands, it's changing the data that already exists, so your cache needs to be cleared and re-built. Doing the stats re-build will do that also, but it's not necessary.

In-between the update and the Rebuild, I did close (and reopen) DH2 and the heat map was still the one on the left until I did a Rebuild. I can live with it, but it is a pain how long the Rebuild takes.

Correct... that's why they shouldn't be run, and only run the rate times there's a required rebuild. When you open DH2, it builds the cache based on the hands you have in your database. When you close it, this is gone, and rebuilds on open again. There's no reason the heat map shouldn't be updated when you do this. I'll talk w/ the dev team about it, but this is my understanding. I had no idea you were rebuilding constantly, because that is in no way how it was intended to be built.

How to set default HUD when you have "auto switch HUD" checked/enabled in DH2 settings?

Whatever HUD you change to on your table will become to new default HUD for that site, game type, and table size.

Yeah, I figured it out. looks like I have to open only one table then set the HUD each time the HUD switch then the HUD selected will be the default HUD.

I still have to use Rebuild Stats in order to get hole cards to show up in the Population tab.

Here's some hands from 4/28 where some are showing hole cards and some are not.

This is even after doing a rebuild and refreshing the report.

I did a d/l of HHs today from the past 7 days.

On another note, I'm trying to run a Range report for a XC-XC-X line and nothing is coming up. Although I did get it to come up earlier.

I was mistaken earlier about ignition hole cards. If you add those after capture, you need to rebuild for them to show. But as far as some not showing, we'd probably need to just look at the original hands. Make sure the data matches.

Newguy, I tried the same thing and the missing cards were where I had sat out. When I sat out, none of the mucked cards showed.

I talked to support, and on the range report the last action can't be check. You need to add a call or raise. That's why it didn't show.

What I want to see are all the hands in that line by board texture




I don't know how to easily do this in the Population tab. The Board Texture filters only allow you to filter by street and not the whole board.

Not the case for me. There's multiple hands where I played the actual hand and the hole cards are still missing.

But I might have accidentally found the issue. At least on my end.

I had another status under Hand History Options for a lot of the tables played on 4/28 that said Download Requested. I backed out and went back in, and it was changed to Open Hand History File. Those hands were then in my folder without needing to re-download.

So it seems like a possible issue on Bonition's side where the downloads get stuck in limbo.

I still had to do a Rebuild, but now all the hole cards are showing, sans hands where I actually was sitting out.

Can you do two runs of X/C and X/F?
