I have an account with Drive HUD's website. When I try to login, it tells me to reset my password. I click the link to have my password reset but no password reset email arrives.

I'm trying to purchase the Asian Hand Converter add-on and would like to do so ASAP.

You're not getting a reset email because you don't have an account. You need to click login, create account, and use your DH purchase email and it will load any of your past orders to your account. But you don't need an account to purchase AHC. You can just add it to cart and checkout.

Do you know how to filter double board games and is the EV calculated right for db games? Somehow got the feeling it’s only calculated for upper board ?

There's a RIT and RI3x filter you can set in the advanced filters tab, but don't think full double board. Yes, it should be calculated correctly. Trying to go through release notes, but I know this was added some time back.

In Range-Tab there is no cloumn for straights and flushes, Quads etc...
I set filter bet check bet on 4straight boards. What am i doing wrong?

The report is mainly looking for primary exploitive areas, which wouldn't include flushes, quads. If you're looking for data for specific made hands, I'd run a population report.

We are going to add some more option settings for that range report in the future though. It's already in the works. In the latest updates, heat maps are included in pre-flop ranges.

Not within the software. It's something that's possible to do, but it requires some SQL knowledge. It would be much easier to just load the one database, export all the hands, then load up the new one, and re-import the previous DB's hands.

I downloaded the trial version to use with the pokerrrr2 app with 3 emulators running, but the hud only worked on 2 of them. I tried sending messages to support with logs, but I haven't received a reply after more than a week.

I'd like to suggest to add a database merge button in the database tab. right now we can choose to overwrite the data in the database or create a new one.
