HUD tab in DH2, the HUD settings button which is by selected stats. There's an option to enable special HUD mode.

Ok, I'll let development know. Like I said, it's difficult because there's no reported issues, so duplicating is difficult.

I was transferring my data to my other PC and got all the HH but for some reason the HUD pop-ups I created did not transfer.. how to transfer my custom pop-up?

Update to the latest DH2 on both systems. In the HUD tab of DH2 just export the HUDs you want and import them into the other system. All the associated pop-ups in the HUD will transfer over.

I'm going to just DM you what they sent. Your mailbox settings are declining the response because the developer mailbox it's sent from is relatively new I guess. So your box settings don't like it.

don't play many tourneys, but played a $10 SNG on Ignition today... It showed the prompt at the top, "one hand must complete..." but the HUD never showed up, (but did register the hands in my database)... anyone had issues with this? seems the cash games work fine

Like I said previously, because this isn't something that's happening very often, it's difficult to re-produce. The dev team has set and run PokerBazzi for hours on end w/o seeing the issue. They are still working on it.

I have an account with Drive HUD's website. When I try to login, it tells me to reset my password. I click the link to have my password reset but no password reset email arrives.

I'm trying to purchase the Asian Hand Converter add-on and would like to do so ASAP.

Well, they need to contact us and send a log. The team spent many hours this week trying to re-produce the issue, I can tell that. If it's happening one or twice in a 5+ hour session, it's not something that can generally be easily fixed.
