If you manually downloaded hands, sometimes when you do that (I'm assuming this is ignition), the site doesn't download the hands. This is common, you can find other posts in here where that occurred. But as far as missing hands, DH2 just imports and moves them. It has no process to delete hands. My guess is that the captured hands had all of your data, and the manual import was already missing hands before you did the delete. I'm not sure if there's a way to verify this, but I can assure you, DH2 has no delete process. You can send a log from the support icon in DH2 at the top if you want, but the most we'd be able to do is say how many hands are imported.

I just updated to version 2.0.15.11254 and now I am unable to open multiple clubgg instances through the asian card catcher. It opens one, and then the rest failed to load and are closed. It was working fine for me before this update on the version before.

Have you tried updating clubgg poker client?
