Yes, it works though. You just have to make sure you have the catcher on and catching hands BEFORE you open an MTT table up. As long as you do this, it will work. Always has. If you've seen it not do this and you're 100% sure you had the catcher up and running before, then please contact support, and send your log files. Click on settings in the catcher, and create log. Send that .zip file to support.

You have to understand, you're playing on a site that does not support hand histories. Our product is creating those in real time, and MTT data and information about all chip stacks, players etc, is only sent one time at the start of the first hand you play at an MTT. If you don't get this info, and you don't have the catcher on before you open that table, the catcher will recover and grab data, but when you move to another table, the player numbers will not match the new players at the next table.

Just ended a 10+ mtts session and I just sent the log file to support because the situation is the same.
After tonight session an even much bigger problem appeared. You must understand,
that I already had tournament indicator but I paid for your program
to, because analyzing hands in Hm2 is essential to me. If I go all in and win the hand, the hand is converted and displayed correctly in Hm2, but if I lose the hand is not converted and not registered in Hm2.
The same thing happens if I’m in the rebuy period when ii go all in, the hand does not appear anywhere. Exactly to be able to analyze this all in hands I processed your software.
Please fix this or it was all for nothing.

You'd have to send your logs. It seems really odd that we've never had any kind of issue like this because if it existed people would be complaining on every forum and support. But contact support and send the logs as I described above and I will have someone take a look at them and get back to you .

it's still saying the serial number could not be used to unlock the software. What do I do?

I already sent the log file like I previous stated in the post last night. It is very simple too verify this problem. Just register a 0.10 cents mtt and go all in until you lose, and then see if the hand you lost with was converted and shown in Hm2.

Contact support, get them to reset your code. You probably also have the previous build before the server change and need a new version, but they can determine that also.

Thanks for sending the logs. And yes, we know how to verify the issue. It's specifically with the auto loading feature and HM2. The developers have verified it and are taking a look at it. It's happening during a move in MTT's because of how HM2 is reading the table title.

So this addresses both of the issues with the new HM2 auto hud where if you were moved in an MTT it wouldn't track new players, and if you were all-in, how HM2 is handling the logic when attaching info to the hud is corrected. These were new issues with HM2 only, and the new auto load HUD logic.

Yes, absolutely. We did a lot of testing so it should work fine now. But yes, please let me know when you get a chance.

So I’m just ending a 20 mtts session and it is fair in my opinion to state this:
- The missing all in losing hands problem is 100% fixed (thank you very much);
- The problem with the hud, when moving to another table is a 50% fix and 50% transformed into more strange things (but I will explain to support and send the log files, since I feel I’m in good hands).

How can we set our preferred seat? When I save the layout for either BOL or ignition it changes the other as well so I cant just reset it and save it as is or else all of my ignition tables will be off center now.

The latest BOL update does not have preferred seating anymore. You can set it to the top position for tables where you're on the waiting list, and it will position in the same place, but preferred seating was done away with on their client.

No, tomorrow. The person who was working on this has been sick. So I'm having to move it to someone else that hasn't worked on this project. So I'm told tomorrow at this point.
