Not a card catcher issue, the HUD shows in the table and i can see that its tracking the hand history but i'm not seeing any HUD in PT4 replayer. any idea how to fix this?

You must have updated from an old version. It's because you had your hands importing under a different site format. You need to setup hh folders for BetOnline, and remove hh folders from Chico in PT4 site settings, but the problem is that his existing hands won't be counted in HUD, so you'd need to create new db, then reimport all hands from processed folder - in this case hands will be imported under BetOnline site and show in the replayer.

Reps for BOL on 2+2 have always been ok w/ running HUDs on the site. Nobody has ever been banned. I just went through all their TOS again, and I see no mention of what you're saying.

They don't want data mining. This is technically a card catcher, not a converter any ways. But you'll be fine. If your question is, will I be banned using this software, the answer is no. We've sold it for over 8 years w/o any issues.
