You'd need to get a new license. 1 license is good for 2 system activations.

If you are not using 3 system at the same time, Just reset the serial key then register it on the PC you are currently using then reset it again if you are switching PC.

If you're going to be switching back and forth a lot though, it's way easier to just get the other sub. It just depends how much hassle you want to deal with.

chico had an update this morning that changed the table sizes. hud is a bit of a mess similar to the ignition issue a few weeks ago

Yes, we're checking into this, but all reports so far is it looks ok. They updated their theme, and it you use the new one, you may have to move your elements around and re-save them, but it still works. You have an option to select the old theme though, and that looks the same and seems to load the same. The table is slightly bigger, but still loads as expected.

I'd avoid purchasing any products. There's no longer any email support and my license ended prematurely with DriveHud 2.

I've tried to renew, and it directs me to upgrade which I paid for and then has me download drivehud 1. So I effectively paid to downgrade. I've wrote support several times and they have not responded in weeks. The product takes me in loops, and I've bought a bunch of HUDS/Add-ons like Apestyles or the most expensive ones they have.. I've been using their products for years without issue previously.

I'd now stay away... Their service went from great to completely lacking, and could care less if you are putting more money into their products as far as providing any assistance.

when using the old theme the table still is taller than before, making the Hud fall off the tables again. probably need similar fix to what you did for ignition. and like ive said before, if i try to rearange my hud positions on BOL it messes them up for ignition

I am using the bet online card catcher with Tiger Gaming and running HM3. All fully updated.

I can see the mucked cards only for 3 seats out of 6 using the old theme. It has been like this for a while already

We had an issue w/ our email server a couple of weeks ago and lost some emails. It's very possible that something occurred w/ yours. Other than that though, for 14+ years we've had near 24/7 support. We also have live chat support. WE NEVER don't respond to customer emails. Our system doesn't even allow you do to that.

If you just messaged on here and said you had an issue, or PM'd me, I'd make sure you're taken care of. I have countless years of answering support in these forums, so I'm sorry you had an issue, that sucks, and I get it. But to say we don't have support anymore isn't true, and never will be.

You're using PT4 correct... did you try turning off vector scaling in settings?

I'm not sure we can control where the mucked cards are shown by HM3 on table. That's something I'd have to discuss w/ development, but I'll let you know.

Yeah, if it's an issue you can disable vector scaling in PT4 and it should work fine.

Yeah, support gave us instruction and screenshots on how to do this.

Does anyone using PT4 have the problem where HUD for only the replayer is not showing for Chico hands?
I messaged their support and they can reproduce the bug but I wanted to see if anyone else has the same problem since it started pretty suddenly and randomly.

We don't have any other reports still. I'll check w/ development to see what the update is.

The bug is that the replayer treats the hands as from Betonline site (which they added in a recent update) even though they are imported as Chico site. The hands are still stored as Chico site in the database so the replayer sees no hand histories for the players on Betonline site and hence does not show a HUD.
