I've tried to renew, and it directs me to upgrade which I paid for and then has me download drivehud 1. So I effectively paid to downgrade. I'd now stay away... Their service went from great to completely lacking, and could care less if you are putting more money into their products as far as providing any assistance.
We had an issue w/ our email server a couple of weeks ago and lost some emails. It's very possible that something occurred w/ yours. Other than that though, for 14+ years we've had near 24/7 support. We also have live chat support. WE NEVER don't respond to customer emails. Our system doesn't even allow you do to that.
If you just messaged on here and said you had an issue, or PM'd me, I'd make sure you're taken care of. I have countless years of answering support in these forums, so I'm sorry you had an issue, that sucks, and I get it. But to say we don't have support anymore isn't true, and never will be.
