Hi, run it twice and thrice are not getting captured anymore on sportsbetting for me. In the hand history written, I only saw one turn and river so it’s not a PT4 issue. Thanks.

Ok, thanks. I'd need some specifics because I don't have any reports of this w/ the catcher or Drivehud. I didn't think pt4 could import those hands any ways. Can you click settings on the catcher, click create log and send that .zip file to support so they can check it please?

Does the card catcher use the same format for HM and PT? Like if it track my hands in PT can I import the hands in HM and back?

No, both PT and HM have slightly different hand formats.

No, not really. The hand format requirements are slightly different, so not all of them will import if you've moving from one DB to the other.

Not sure if this will help. If you have DriveHUD, you can import the HM hands to DH then export the format to PS then import to PT. The data will not merge but at least you get the HH to your PT database.

It will merge the data, but not in the HUD.

Hey, was trying to renew with CC I usually use but some reason the site did not accept my card.. Was able to renew via paypal though so all good. Just want to know if there are cards you stop accepting this year.
