I added the cash game license, is there a way i can have both license type changed to package so they expire at the same time?

If you added it after the fact, no not really. I could have it manually done, but you'd end up just shorting yourself because it would reduce the time of one of the licenses you have. That's the benefit of getting the package if you know you'll be playing all games.

Hey there,

since yesterday I have no HUD. Card Catcher does recognize the tables within the program (it says so at least), but PT4 does not import any hands at all.

In the client I already tried clearing the cache (of the HHs), and it would not refresh from the 10KB (which it is after clearing) until I would opt to "check consistency". It then went up from 10KB to 600KB, still no hands were imported at all.
Is this a chico issue or an issue with the programm? What could be a possible fix? I think of reinstalling client? Or has this happened to anyone before?

Other than that, program works very smooth except for the EV-tracking, I am very satisfied.

Try rebooting, and making sure you have the latest build. There was an update a couple of months ago. Also, make sure you're still using the desktop version of the client, and not the windows version.

Yes, they used the same player pool, the only difference i found in the skins are the bonus and promo.

If they share the same player pool, will the data merge? for example, if i have data on a player in my betonline account then played with the same player in tigergaming, will it show as the same player or different player in my database? was thinking of jumping skins for the promo lol.
