CONVERTER BetOnline Poker Card Catcher HUD - Page 41 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

Hi can someone help me.

I am playing on Chico Network (sportsbetting.ag) and I have Ace Poker Solutions hand converter to allow PT4 to work on the site.

The hands do show up in my database for the 'today's hands' when I go to review them, but when I click on results and look at my graph nothing shows up. I'm baffled as to why and have been trying all day. Haven't had this issue with any other site before.

Correct. I missed this for some reason. But they are either setup as chico network or ipoker. And depending on how you configured it, you need to set your player ID in your database to the alias for that site and poker network.

Just a question. will the chico rakeback program in DH apply for the card catcher or its only for DH?

The rakeback we have for chico isn't dependent on whether you have Drivehud or the card catcher.

Im having trouble with my card catcher. It only shows hud for 5 players when playing 8max. But everything works fine in 9max. version 1.05

Yeah please fix MTT bug at 8max tables ASAP. For me it is not showing stats for player at top in the middle.

v.1.04.9 / HM3 v3.1.12.0

Been using daily your catcher and what you said above is not true. Never seen pop-up in last 3 weeks that there is update to v1.05. just saw previous poster and went in your forum to check what's up.

If there is update you should post it on 2+2 or fix your catcher so there is pop-up when there is update.

We do post every single update for every product on 2+2 (and other forums) and answer support here daily. We also post all updates on our site in our update forums.

Not every single update is posted as an auto update, but there are auto updates as well for every product, including the BOL card catcher.

Im only getting half of the tables stats to show up. So for 6max table im at right now it shows 3 players hud and no one elses. They also start scattered in the center of my screen off to the right of my table. Was working completely fine a few weeks ago

As far as starting scattered, it sounds like you don't have your HUD configured and saved correctly. I'd open just one table, position your HUDs where you want it, and then save your layout. Then open other tables, and it should work. The HUD positioning is controlled by your database/hud, not by the catcher.

No, but make sure you're using the desktop version of BOL and not the browser version. The catcher will not work in the browser version.

I am also having issues with 6 max MTTs, I can get HUD panels to show up , but the HUD info never populates. Hands are being saved to the DB but no HUD updates. 8 max works fine for me. Thanks for the help. I am using PT4 btw.

Regarding the minimize window fix, do you literally just minimize the window then re open? I have tried that but it did not fix anything for me

P.S. for those with 8 max issues with top players hud with PT4, click the PT4 hud icon on table then hit "treat as"-> 8 max
