I am using HM2 for Chico and all other sites and PT4 only for Bodog, but not the best solution

You can also just use Drivehud and combine them all. If you're a catcher customer you can contact support for a discount to move to Drivehud.

Please make option to save as network other than iPoker (ideally 888 and Pstars)

Yours is the only catcher that is currently working but users of other catchers can't switch to yours without losing their entire database...

Yes, that's the link i used and i figured out what i did wrong. Looks like i added a space after the serial key which caused it to fail. All good now

Ok, cool. Yeah, extra spaces can cause an issue. I need to talk to our web dev about that, so thanks for the reminder. Glad you got it working now though.

I just updated my PT4 and for some reason it's not tracking my betonline games. When i check my card catcher it seems to detect the table i'm playing in but no data are being imported in to my database. how do i fix this?

Hi

I downloaded this for tigergaming, everything set up ok, hud pops up fine but it only imports about 1 hand for every 10 I play? Iv played 33 hands this session and only 3 have been imported.

Could support please help? Thanks

Its not importing any now, it seens to import a handful at the start of a session then thats it. Hud is up on the tables but its just not updating as no new hands importing

You need to downgrade PT to the previous version. Their latest version changed how ipoker hands were being grabbed. It will work with any previous version except for the latest PT posted this weekend. PT doesn't like to post previous versions, so you may need to request it from them. If I get a link I'll post it. I'm sure we'll have the catcher updated early this week to address this.
