Our catcher has always worked and still does. There's nothing new about PT4's update. They are just partnering and trying to sell a more expensive card catcher.

I am not saying your catcher does not work, but PT4 has issued an update that now allows for Chico network hands. There is a difference in that the hands are not logged as Ipoker hands but as Chico. For those of us playing on both networks it is nice to be able to split them so winrates and player pools does not get mixed up. If there is no possibility of Betonline Card Catcher being included in that functionality that's fine as well, I just wanted to make sure before switching over.

I'm giving this a go but I have a problem:

My previous catcher saved all hands as 888 hands

This catcher is saving hands as iPoker hands

So my database is in effect useless if I use this catcher

Is there a way to fix this?

I just downloaded the trial. how do i make this work for hand2note? I looked at the manual and only found setup instruction for hem and pokertracker.

It's the same way for H2n. Just add the BOC hand history directory to your ipoker settings in H2n. That's it.

Sorry was my own dumb mistake. Had to set up a new Ipoker site and accidentally deleted the link from the directory to PT4. Added it again and works perfectly again.

If you mean the discount combo, no. The discount for this product is at time of purchase. You can add the tournament license separately later though.

running PT4+CC on SportsBetting

anyone having an issue with the new "Fast" 8-max DON SNGs? the CC shows it's picked up the table, but the HUD isn't working?.. any ideas? things were fine when playing a MTT last night
