It's from PT4. You need to register PT4 for that to go away.

Right now i'm testing your Drive HUD. the first thing i noticed is that it much clearer in the table(no annoying free trial sign)

Drivehud is a little easier to use because it's all integrated. Either option will work though. If you need any other assistance, just let me know.

HUD sometimes won't appear on BetOnline 6max tables using PT4 but all hands are still being imported. I can make it appear by pressing "Hide HUD on this table" and then pressing "Show HUD on this table". This does not work 100% of the time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Strange... no idea why that would occur. There must be something specific w/ your setup, because that doesn't make much sense. I think the best thing here is to just create a log when it happens. Next time it happens, after you do the hide hud / show hud thing, click on settings in the catcher, and click create log. Send that .zip file to our support and we'll figure out what's happening.

There are currently 41 players in the 10NL boost pool and I've found that it will run well into the rest of the day. I'm sure you could find some dev time now

Fast Fold nl10 runs most day/nights now. It could be just due to the 'bad beat' promo though. I wonder if nl25 would run if your catcher worked for it? I figure the higher the stake, the less people are willing to play HUDless.

Yes, we're going to add support for it now. It just didn't have consistent games for a long time.

Using the trial version while playing MTT's. Periodically it'll stop collecting hands from new tables. Right now I have 3 tournament tables running, but PT4 says it's loading the hand history files from every table, but just doesn't import hands from two of the three. Not sure how to fix it. I hope I can get it to work so I can buy the product and use it going forward.

I use HEM2 for most sites. But with betonline, the hud or hem2 does not work with betonline? So this is what people use as the standard for betonline? The hud records only session of an opponent or it records that player hands like hem2 does?

Sometimes HUD only shows up on certain tables, also on the tables without it's not tracking consistently (maybe not at all). Anyone have a similar issue?

Alright, I'm a dumbass. Turns out I forgot I got the small stakes version of PT4 and needed to pay $40 to upgrade to the full version. It's working pretty great now.

You on a VPN or some setup we should know about? Not had any reported issues like this. BOL catcher is super stable. I've never seen it not appear on any tables (I play there myself). The way the catching works on this site, off hand it makes no sense that it would work on some tables on not others. It sends one code at lobby login, and every hand you played is sent your encrypted database. If you played a hand, it's pulled from that database, so it's literally impossible to miss data, because it's sent from the poker client. Maybe it's a new table title, and if you're on PT, they sometimes hand titles strangely. That's the only thing I could think of (and I'm assuming this would be an MTT then).

Send a log though, just click settings and click create log and send the file. We can get you up and running correctly.

Yes please. It could be an odd table title. Outside of that, I'm not sure what else it would be. With a log we'll be able to tell.

Yes, it's not so straight forward with having support for 3rd party huds. So I don't have an ETA, because as far as I know right now, it's not working with any correctly.
