For MAC, which is better to use with the card catcher, parallels or bootcamp?

I think it's mostly about personal preference honestly. Bootcamp is totally fine, and comes w/ most Mac OS's.. I think parallels is better. Both will work though.

I have replied with a log of my betonline card catcher, that isn't working including new update. Was curious if you have taken a look at it from email zacharythe.... @gmail.com

I see someone replied some time back. There's nothing in your log that indicates what you're saying. BOL CC hasn't changed in a few years, and we use the same catching process in Drivehud 2 and in the BOL CC, and BOL is a very popular site. I asked development and support and they both said they've never heard of this happening in the last several years of selling this. The dev team also tried to replicate what you described w/o success. In order to address what you're saying, they'd need to see if captured in a log. Meaning you played, it occurred, and after you were done, you sent a log.

I'll make sure to add extra time to your license, and I'm not doubting what you're saying, but in all of this time of selling this, we've not seen what you've described. If you can get a log sent again after you see it happen, I'll make sure someone in development addresses it right away.
