Hey, was trying to renew with CC I usually use but some reason the site did not accept my card.. Was able to renew via paypal though so all good. Just want to know if there are cards you stop accepting this year.

Nothing has changed on our end. Your bank might have an issue w/ a company or country and they are blocking it, but nothing has changed w/ our CC processor.

Hey, is there a way i can have hands that was not track by the card catcher in my database? maybe use the card catcher to convert the hands so i can import it?

No, the catcher captures hands in real time. It can't convert other hand formats.

If you mean you want to add tournament results, you can edit the tournament in pt4 and add won amounts.

Yes, for MTT, I can just add the winning to another MTT to show on my database but for cash game, not sure how can i add the winnings without having hand history.

You can export one of the betonline cash game hand, edit the hand to add your winnings then import it back. not really good for your stats but you can and it works.

It's just much easier to edit it in your database than do this.

Typically, it's just a right-click on the tournament ID and then edit.

Yes, I know how to do this for MTT. I was checking how to add this for cash games, contacted PT4 support and found that there was no way to do this so i just give up adding the cash game winnings. thanks for the help though.
