Possibly dumb question, but I'm getting set up with BetOnline, but their windows desktop client seems to have some malware/trojan in it, so I'm skeptical to install it. Will the card catcher & HUD work for play via the website, or just in the program?

We have certificates on all our software, but sometimes overactive scanners will still flag things.

yeah.. It sometimes happens when there is a major update. Usually after a few weeks AV update their software and it stop flagging the software.

Hi FD.. which of this two database (HM3 or PT4) cause less issue transferring card catcher captured data to DH2 and back?

Either one will work the same as far as I know. You'd export from Drivehud 2 using either ipoker or pokerstars format (I'd recommend ipoker).

just an update. Both works ok.. we are getting less issue transferring data with HM3 to DH2 and back.

If i have my database closed but have the card catcher open, will it still be able to track my hand history? just asking because some other sites i play does not allow my database open.

Yes, it will still track and record hands if your db is closed. You won't have a HUD of course, but when you load your DB, it will import the hands after the fact.

Assuming you set your hand import folder correctly in your database, then it's just manually imported.

Yes, but it's not dependent on the catcher. It's dependent on the database you're using.
