I should clarify, it's integrated into DH2, no converter needed. You can also get it w/ the asian hand converter if you're not a drivehud 2 user to use w/ other database/huds.

It shouldn't. I've never heard of that. Maybe try and run the previous build and see if you have the same issue? I'll talk w/ the dev team tmw, but nothing like that has ever been reported before and it shouldn't interfering w/ it.

Is there any way we can convert a HH into a different currency, ex, on Club GG the HH comes back in USD, but the club I am in is not USD, so need to adjust amounts in HM3 manually

Into a different currency, no. It has support to convert to different HH formats and that's it.
