for some reason i cant track pppoker on my laptop but I can on my PC. how to troubleshoot this issue?

It's very difficult to say w/o seeing a log. I'd recommend just clicking on settings in AHC, click create log and send a log to our support and they can assist.

Is there a way to import my hand histories played before use asian hand converter?

I'm on Xpoker and can see and replay it in carreer tab.
