I get that you want it fixed instantly, and you're frustrated. Typically, we always fix issues very timely. I have no problem adding extra time on your license, but let's agree to not get hyperbolic and accuse people of fraud. That's a bit over the top. I'm trying to help you, and have every intention of doing so. I've answered many questions that you've asked, not just in this thread, but in others. As far as I understand, your converter is tracking, but your HUD position is not correct, which is a settings problem somewhere in your setup. When we get your correct log, I'll make sure someone gets you the right info you need so your positioning is correct.
Firstly, sorry for the outburst. I had just finished a rough session, and I handled myself poorly. Not making excuses, just explaining why I wrote my message like a petulant child. Then, it's also frustrating that I did send in logs, and the dev said wait, not that I sent the wrong thing and needed to send again. And, then I'm just forgotten about.
Extra time would be much appreciated because I haven't been able to play one session where I wasn't distracted by the HUD not functioning correctly. You are correct that stats will display, but not in the right place.
I've seen how responsive you are, and you do, indeed, do a great job of providing support. That's why I've been mystified that it hasn't been for this product in my experience. Exception not the norm, so keep up the good work, thank you.
