I also can't get the HUD to display on HM2, although now I am finally able to import at least.

It's actually nothing like pppoker, not even remotely the same developmentally and pppoker is expensive to maintain.

As far as your issue with it not working w/ PT on one of your systems. The easiest thing to do is to click on settings in the catcher, and then click create log. Send that .zip file to support and we can check your settings for you.

Yes, like all the catchers, if you have your database open when you install it, it can't create the HH folders. I'm going to have the dev team add some extra warnings for this product like we do in others.

That's not your HUD; that's your database. You probably need to set up your hero name/mark yourself as the active player. I don't think that's a card catcher issue, but something you need to set up in HEM.

I downloaded 1.05.52 today, and now I can see a HUD so that's great. However, I can't get the stats to stay in the same place. I set auto center in both PT4 and AHC while seated and import is running after both were off when I started. Can that be switched mid session? Is that more of a PT4 configure issue or ACH?

I started a session with auto center set in both the configuration for ipoker in PT4 and on ACH. At some points during the session, the stats appear in the right place, but then they randomly switch to the wrong position. Sometimes hitting reset on the HUD fixes it, and sometimes it doesn't. I'm confused.

edit: also, everyone at the table has been seated for 40 hands, so it's not like the number of players seated has been fluctuating.

Can I stop PT4's 'get hands while playing' (for various reasons to alter settings in PT4), and be able to resume importing while I'm seated at tables? Or, do I have to completely close the emulators and start the whole process all over?

1) I'm running v1.0.6.58, and now the HUD no longer appears.

2) Even on the troubleshooter alone, there is conflicting info about the proper startup order. What is the correct order, particularly in regards to starting up a DB import?

I've been going open PT4, start import, start catching with ACH catcher, open emulators, wait for ready sign, open PB, sit at tables.

all my posts are regarding ACH with pokerbros.

I got the HUD to appear again after a silly fix. I unchecked the sites in ACH that I won't be using. I figured doing that would help for logging purposes. Even though I didn't uncheck the site I do use, checking all of the boxes made the HUD reappear. Now if only I could get the stats positioned right throughout all tables...

Using LDplayer and frequently I'll try and join a table but can't because 'GPS too close', when there isn't actually anyone else (myself or otherwise) playing from my IP. Is that just something we have to deal with when using an emulator?

I havent gotten around to downloading LD to use the card catcher yet, Im still using Nox right now and get that message occasionally but not too often.

It could be a problem that you have to use LD with AHC, if enough people use AHC its gonna be hard to get a seat.

Anyone know if we can set our GPS with LD? If I can set it to some remote location, that'd probably fix the issue.

Anyways,
It seems like hands aren't being picked up when they are run multiple times. Is that because ipoker doesn't have that option, or is ACH just too new in its lifespan to factor that in yet?

BUMP for a pretty important issue. I've asked a lot of questions in this thread, refreshed countless times per day, and usually come back to find no response. I realize this is a new product, but this program has a relatively high cost as far as poker DB/HUD software goes. The support has been disappointing.
