Is there a way to convert AHC hand histories to the format supported by Hand2Note?

You can export to 3rd party app and try to import from that. That's the only export format, and it's standard ipoker (imports into hm/pt).

Make sure you have the latest version of AHC then please, and if you have an issue on an MTT table, please send a log. It likely has something to do w/ the specific table title you're on.

I should add the MTT tournament import was fixed in the latest build last week. So if you are using Drivehud, update to the latest Drivehud. If you're using the stand alone, update to the latest version and it should work.

Do you mean (in my case) exporting the hand histories from HEM3 and then importing them into H2N?

Yes. I thought you were using Drivehud, but yes. You can either export, or you can try going to your hm3 hand archive and importing the original files as well. I don't know for certain either options will work. It's not something we commonly do.

Yeah, I had tried the original files first and that format isn't supported. I then tried exporting using HEM3, and some of those files imported, but also not the right format (player nicknames were listed as Player47, Player101, etc). I wanted to try out Hand2Note, but I'm close to giving up lol

I downloaded the stand alone for the first time yesterday, so should be the latest version. For every tournament I played, whenever i was switched to another table, the display would go away. Inside the converter would now say Ready instead of the table name. The only way Ive been able to solve is by stopping the AHC, exiting the tournament, starting the AHC, and then going back to my table. AHC then says the table number inside it again until I get switched again.

Sorry, their hand import process is very different than HM/PT, and not sure why. We're tried to contact them w/o success about this in the past.

And which emulator are you using please? Can you click on settings and create log and send that to support? They can check this out for you.

Which version of LDplayer?

If you're using LDplayer V4... make sure you're allowing the default android version 5.1 to load. You have to manually set it to V7, which most people don't do.

But like I said, I'd send a log to support and we'll check this out.

Asian Hand Converter Beta Update - v1.1.0.101

https://drivehud.com/poker-hud/Asian...v1.1.0.101.exe

- Added BlueStacks support (beta)

Bluestacks is a highly complicated emulator. We automated the entire process so the rooting and everything is set automatically. I won't be surprised if we see issues w/ specific machines. We tested in as many environments as we could, but because of it's complexity, if you do see any issues, please let us know. Logs will be important.

Ty.

It's V4, but the AHC says V 1.0.18.99?

We do have Ri3x support in Drivehud. We can't support it in databases that don't have it. I don't believe hm/pt have it still. Which site are you talking about? And every support ticket is answered. Are you sure you sent it to support and not no-reply?

pokerbros. I didn't start a new ticket, but I already had an email chain going.

Got it. Ri3x support is limited to the database you're using. It will work in Drivehud, but not other databases because they don't support it.

So Asian hand converter + Drivehud = Ri3x and RIT support.

I've had cash games running perfectly lately but today the AHC is not picking up tables at all. Other people in same boat I'm guessing?

AHC is working fine. Make sure you have the startup process right.

My one issue is that the bb's a player has in a mtt are being displayed incorrectly. I don't know if that's an AHC issue or PT4?

No reports of any issues. Try and reboot perhaps and load everything up again.

HUD issue,

When playing multiple tables on PokerBros, the HUD seems to lag between tables and not represent the current players after switching tables until an unknown amount of time passes.

For example: I have 1 table loaded. HUD works fine. Stats are not moving. I then sit at a 2nd table (two tabs open on Bros). The stats for table 1 will show on table 2, lagging, and takes a while before table 2 adjusts and displays the correct HUD.

Is this a common issue? What can I do to fix this?

Thanks.

This shouldn't really be an issue though, as once a full hand is played the HUD aligns and corrects itself. Maybe I'm misunderstanding you though or maybe the database you're using has some setting issue w/ the HUD. It's something we could check if you send a log. I just had a dev check and it loaded up on the second table correctly, and we don't have any reports of problems.

When you load a second table, you have to wait until one full hand is played before the HUD loads correctly. Before that point, you will either have no HUD or you cold sometimes have a hud in the wrong place. As soon as one full hand is played it will update (because it doesn't know seat positions until it has a hand) and then it will correctly place the hud.
