I just renewed AHC specifically to use with the desktop version of ClubGG. I'm running PT4, and it doesn't show up on the list of sites for auto import.

Are PT4 and the desktop version of ClubGG not compatible? Are my options PT4 and an emulator to use ClubGG OR switch to a different tracker DB?

edit: Actually, I see PT4 imported hands I just played while testing the configuration. It imported 'HH poker' hands. While I had tables open, the HUD didn't appear, and I got a PT4 notification about the lack of HUD. I guess this may be a PT4 issue for me, not AHC.

You want to use the desktop version. AHC needs to be setup under red dragon for PT4. In PT4 site settings, make sure the red dragon HH location is set to the AHC hand history directory. That's all you need to do and it will work.

no worries, I was just testing DH2 again and was checking if I could use the AHC serial key license i use for the AHC app for the integrated version. After resetting the license I got it registered.

I haven't tried it myself but you can check the auto-renew tab in your account after renewing and see if it can be disabled there. If not, just contact support

You can contact support or do this in your membership area.

If I import hands from another user that also use AHC, will data merge with the player data I already have on my database?
I mean...for example, if the hands i import has hands played with player "B" and i already have data on player "B" in my database, will the data combine or will it create another player "B" active player?

Yes. It will merge if both are using the same database and hand format. we usually do this for pokerbros and pppoker.

Yes, assuming they are both using player ID format, it will merge the data.

I receive the following message after entering my AHC license code in DriveHUD 2:
"Could not activate license. Please try again or contact support."
My license was purchased in July and is valid for six months, so it hasn’t expired. Normally, I don’t have to enter the license code when logging in.
What should I do to resolve this issue?

AHC is having issues. I encountered that as well. There's a link to reset keys for AHC on the DriveHud website, but that page is timing out instead of resolving the issue. Yesterday, eventually re-opening AHC enough times got the key to load correctly. Today, however, the AHC interface won't even open.

Looks like they had a server issue, FD said its fixed now.
