Added double board when bomb pot support for PPPoker
Fixed an issue where ClubGG hands would take an increasing amount of time to import after a while if there were many tables open at the same time
Fixed an issue where buyin was imported incorrectly for ClubGG tournaments
Fixed an issue where the HUD would sometimes not appear after MTT movement while playing PokerKing Asia and its skins (desktop clients)

having it work in emulator would have been good but at least it works with the desktop version.
