Yes, there is no way to use "1 limper plus 2.5x or 3x" for Stars now, so StarsCaption uses set of filters for different situations and formulas (like in Tableoptimizer or StarsHelper). You can find a few examples how it works on the site in Betscript section.
StarsCaption is on beta testing now and you can use it for free (probably it will end soon).

There is no hotkey to disable hotkeys in 888Caption now. But almost all hotkeys work for the table under mouse only. So you can move your mouse to any point without tables on your screen before typing. Hotkeys will not work in this case. I think it should be faster and more convenient than use an additional hotkey.

Although there are three global hotkeys on a Lobby tab, and they don't need a table under mouse to work, so there is no way to disable them. I recommend to use a complex combinations with them (with Ctrl/Alt/Shift).

That did not to the trick. Can't move any HUD item from the table.

Since the party update i have this big "FF" sign in the top right corner of all my tables. I think it is a shortcut to play fast forward. Is there anyway to remove it from the table?

Hi. I've recently started playing on PartyPoker and already had a very discouraging experience. I was playing 25nl fastfoward and all of a sudden $43.95 was missing from my account. I already sent an email to both transactions@partypoker.com and info@partypoker.com and no reply until now. I have a lot of screen shots to prove it. I have searched the web and found that this has already happened to some players in the past, and I can't believe how a serious company can mess up with a player's funds. I want my money back as soon as possible so that I can never play again on this site

Does StarsCaption work as a helper program for Hand2Note?
(In the version history on your site there is a post saying you've implemented a workaround but on another place it says it is not implemented yet.)

I did support in StarsCaption, and now author of Hand2Note should make support from his hand.
He promised to do it in one of the following versions.

I just gave StarCaption a try (great work btw!) and have a few suggestions/requests. These are all features of 888Caption that it would be great to have available in StarsCaption too - I know it's still in beta but I guess there's no harm in mentioning/asking at this early stage!

1. A hotkey option to minimise/maximise the lobby (preferably with mouse button options). This is really helpful if playing from a laptop and screen space is limited.

2. Under Table Highlight it would be great to add the Timebank Activated rule.

3. When using Table Manager in 888Caption in a basic 3x2 arrangement (no active table slots assigned and auto sort tables not selected), it is possible to manually swap the tables around - eg drag table 6 over the top of table 1 and they will swap places. Under this same 3x2 configuration (with 6 tables opened) in StarsCaption the tables will not swap places - it would be awesome if they could!

It would be great if any of the above could be added during the course of development.

2. Try to add PartyCaption to antivirus exclusions
3. Your have English partypoker client.

StarsCaption has Lobby / Global hotkeys (they works anywhere) and common hotkeys (they works for the table under mouse only).

Global hotkeys have fewer options, but they work without any tables. Are you need a global hotkey for this? Or it should work on a tables only?
PartyCaption has global 'Hide/show lobby' hotkey, for example, and only XButton1 / XButton2 / MButton mouse options are available for it.

'Activated' is a point when StarsCaption clicks the button (three seconds before the end of regular time).

Also please check how Table Manager works for you now.

For me personally this doesn't need to be a global hotkey as I only use it to bring up or hide the lobby when my screen is covered in tables. I didn't even realise there was a difference between global and common hotkeys to be honest!

As I currently use it, I press Xbutton1 anywhere on an open table to show/hide the lobby when using PartyCaption or use the right mouse button over the table in 888Caption. If I could use either of those with StarsCaption it would be great and it sounds like a common hotkey would be ideal in my case.

Thanks also for the update regarding timebank table highlighting and bug fixes to then table manager. I should be hitting the tables later tonight so will let you know how it's going.

One final question for you though. I'd previously got into the habit of saving my .ini file to the desktop before updating 888Caption or PartyCaption and then moving it back into the program folder after the update. Is this something I need to do or am I just creating unnecessary work for myself?

ini file should not be affected during the update, so there is no need to save it every time.
You can install update to Caption folder and it will be fine.
You can to make a backup copy of your ini file one time just in case (to be able to restore it in case of failure).

About Lobby hotkey - ok, I understood.
Incidentally, PartyCaption also has a Lobby hotkey on a Hotkeys tab, in addition to global 'Hide/show lobby' hotkey. Probably you can use a common hotkey in 888Captions/PartyCaption for it.

Awesome! I hadn't spotted that you'd added a lobby hotkey to the hotkeys tab in PartyCaption. My mouse clicking just got a little less confusing
