Take this one back. I actually still have this problem even setting all the settings how they are supposed to be. I am really afraid of trying the close table without hero option so would really like to use this one. So basically it only takes into account the dialogue box? Just wondering if there is some kind of problem with the box if I cash? It feels like timing issue because it does not happen 100% of the time but rather like maybe say 10% of the time.

Close tourney table without hero - this option will close the tournament table if hero was on it, and then he was gone. This usually happens when hero has left the tournament, but it appears that it can also happen briefly when there is a table change in the tournament. I probably need to do some extra processing for the second situation, and I'll try to do that in the future if possible (it's not very easy to debug, unfortunately).
This option does not use any dialog boxes.

Dialog boxes use another option - Close finished tournaments after X seconds. This option detects a dialog box with a message about the end of the tournament, closes it, and after X seconds closes the table.

What options are currently enabled for you and what exactly is happening?

This "Close finished tournaments after 3 seconds" is the one I am using and which has the bug of sometimes leaving table open after tournament has finished. If it occurs which it does like 5-10% of cases I have always finished in the money. So there must be something going on with this setting when finishing itm. Given that it only happens sometimes it feels like some kind of timing issue.

Does the dialog box with the message about the end of the tournament close, or does it also remain open?

What formula do I use to show me how many tables are currently open? I wanna see session time, total tournaments played and currently open number of tables.

Also as a side question Im having issues setting up hotkeys on my new PC. I use xpadder to play and ive configured everything but when I click on a button it highlights to show that the button is working but the hotkey doesnt work. For instance if I use F1 as a hotkey when i press F1 on the gaming pad it lights up to show that button is being pressed but it doesnt take action yet if I just press F1 on the keyboard the shortcut works as intended so Im pretty sure caption is working fine I just cant figure out why I cant get that to work. Any suggestions there would be greatly appreciated.

1. You can click Add tag to see all available tags and insert any of them.
You can use [ntables] or [tablesWHero] depends on what exactly you need.

2. Try to check if all software (xpadder, StarsCaption and PokerStars client) are configured to run as admin as described here.

Nope, there is no dialog box left hanging just an empty table. I guess you hide those boxes anyways with some earlier update if I remember correctly? So idk if I would be able to see those (?) Sometimes I have seen some of them flash by at least with the latest client that has been the case. What I do know is that it was working brilliant with the earlier client back when we discussed about performance and you did that change. This problem is pretty weird sometimes there are periods it does not occur and sometimes it seems to occur more. Client has currently an issue with card animation setting too (cannot turn it off) but it is rumoured that they will fix it with the next release so idk if that could have something to do with this weird thing. That setting seems to affect performance greatly.

2. Restart StarsCaption
3. Play
4. Take screenshots of tables (so that the table title is visible) that were not closed automatically.
5. After a session send me screenshots, StarsCaption.log + StarsCaption.ini files from StarsCaption folder

Spins registrator not working for "Advanced" and "Based on open tables"
Also when I click on "Locate this spin in a lobby", it says "not found", both for regular and Flash spins.
I have the latest version of Pokerstars and StarsCaption installed.

smartfish, yes, Advanced mode is not supported with a new spins lobby, and "Locate this spin in a lobby" option also doesn't work there.

As for "Based on open tables" - it requires a dialog box in the end of spin to open new spins, so this option must be disabled:

Is it normal for stars tables to lag after the update? Using carbon lite and now there is a lot of lag. Someone mentioned this issue earlier but is it still happening? This happens even when just a few tables.



There is also the issue when registering for tournaments. Normally you register and it registers but there is a few second lag every single time? I know when I don't have starscaption on and register, I would notice it would be slow and then notice it was because I didn't have starscaption on. This is stars software right?



Also, is there a way to change the stars lobby back to how it was before the update with starscaption or not? When you click on tournaments, it looks horrible. Also when you ciick on your registered tournaments, instead of some tournaments displaying a red color, it's not orange? I know many people probably don't mind this but can you change that? As I recalled, when you clicked on my registered tournaments, many tournaments are in red or blue or whatever color and now it looks horrible.

Not a major issue but I used hotkeys to add colour coding and it seems to have stopped working last month when Stars did an update. Is there a way to fix this?

This may depend on a poker client version you use now.

Try to change it. If this doesn't help, then please let me know what type of Stars client do you use (com, es, eu, some else) and what build number.
Also check if Pokerstars client is configured to run as admin (and StarsCaption too)

Hi. I mean if you look at the stars lobby and click on the New Year's tab for tournaments, you notice how the font of the wording looks like normal. But when you click on the tournament tab, you notice how stars software changed the font of the word of the tournaments. I want to know is there a way to make the tournament lobby like how it was before the update? The font is horrible.
