H2N stopped working too.

PokerStars.es and PokerStars.uk (and maybe some other Stars clients too) were updated yesterday, causing StarsCaption to stop working. There were quite a few significant changes in this update and I was not able to prepare the StarsCaption update quickly. Apparently, this update caused numerous problems for users (including those who do not use external software), as a result of which this update was canceled and now everything is working again.

Most likely this is temporary and after a while the updated client will be released again. I don't know what is the reason for such radical changes in the client - perhaps they completely removed support for the old engine in this update or something like that.
I have kept a copy of the updated client and will be trying to investigate if it is possible to quickly add StarsCaption support for it.

I'm using StarsCaption as well as Jurojin.
When I open a table it stays with the size I want. However, if I move it to a different place in the grid, it doesn't maintain the aspect ratio that I set in StarsCaption.

Maintains the width but changes (reduces) the height.
Is there any workaround to this?

And how does it work without Jurojin (if you use Table manager 2) or without StarsCaptin (if you use Jurojin)?

reentrys allowed tag, dont works fine in bigs tournaments

Without Jurojin ON and without using table manager 2, they look like this.
The table on the left was moved (click and drag the white top bar) whilst the table on the right wasn't.
The table on the right has the correct width and height, whilst the one on the left got his height reduced when I moved it




Unfortunately, using table manager isn't really an option as I'm playing other sites besides stars

Can you show me a screenshot of Structure tab in Tournament lobby for a such tournament?

As far as I can see, the table on the left has original proportions, and the table on the right has been increased in height. If you open tables without additional software, the proportions of the table should be the same as the table on the left.

Do you have different proportions? Or does some program change them? If so, which one?


And you can use Table manager 2 to arrange tables from different sites.

It's possible if you will use Table manager 2 for arranging tables. If you use another program for this, then this program should do it (moving tables and resizing them is done using the same function).

What's the function that allows you to resize by overriding the aspect ratio? Is it a win32?

Yes, this is some combination of Win API functions. With it you can turn off 'Keep aspect ratio' for PokerStars table type and tables will fit precisely into slots with distorted proportions:



When a such table is moved by a table title, it will return to its usual proportions, but when placed in the TM2 slot, the proportions will again be distorted in accordance with the proportions of the slot. For this reason, you will not be able to get distorted proportions if you do not use TM2 (or some other program that can distort the proportions of the table).

This is because here the reentry amount is written in a word, not a number ("One re-entry available").
I'll try to see if I can do some separate processing for this case.

SC stop closing Zoom tables again after x bb. Sits me out but then nothing happens. Only thing that i remember changing was PS update couple days ago. Pokerstars Portugal BTW, build: 45238.

Hi. I'm playing Snap on 888 and the auto timebank isn't always activating as it should - sometimes it just randomly fails to activate and I can't figure out why.

What would be your recommended way of having this set up? Use the Auto Timebank option in 888Caption, select the Auto Timebank in the 888 client, or have them selected in both?

I use Party Caption on Party and was wondering whether there is some option to completely disable Party Caption during session without closing the software? I wonder because I am having huge issues trying to use chat. I have option to disable hotkeys while mouse is under chat enabled, but regardless sometimes hotkeys still make the action or another table steals the action while typing etc.

If there's no full disable option, is there any other solution to this problem? I've had more "misclicks" for this reason than I feel comfortable with.

1. You can move a mouse to any area without tables without it, it disables all hotkeys except global hotkeys (they a mostly on the Lobby tab).
2. If you want to disable all hotkeys, then you can create a button in HUD for this, for example like this:



[hotkeysEnabled] tag displays hotkeys state.

PartyPoker had a major update today. (They made it more cartoonish, perhaps to look more like GG) The result is that The Table Panels and Player Panels of the HUD is no longer functioning. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
